• Nubbins is an extremely crafty individual, just like his twin… the only difference being that Bobby works more with fabrics or fashion-adjacent projects. Nubbins works more with the furs, flesh and boney-type of trinkets.

• A good amount of the special decorations around the house are made by Nubbins and Bubba. They’re both very handy, Nubbins just has a very artistic eye. His hands are a little shaky and not great at details, but he will have no problem seeing some flesh together or cleaning up a new skull for the red wall.

• Nubbins absolutely LOVES Sissy. They are extremely close and get along really well. So well that before Sissy left to go hitchhiking around California and back, Nubbins gifted her his prized and favorite straight razor. He told her it was his favorite and she deserves to have a good knife on her at all times! Ever since that day, Sissy has carried it and used it daily (for various activities). (I lowkey want to write more about this cute little moment/dynamic?? be on the lookout for a drabble coming soon???)

• Speaking of Sissy, she loves being a muse for Nubbins. Nubbins, Sissy, Bobby and Bubba are the few members of the family that have a real love for true art. Nubbins loves going around and photographing his whole family, and the beautiful Texan nature that surrounds them. He particularly loves getting together with Sissy and having “photoshoots”. She dresses up with different dresses and makeup, they have fun with poses and locations. They even bring in a victim and have fun with the gorey and bloody stuff too. Sissy is just a natural in front of the camera and Nubbins appreciates always having a model when he wants one.

• There are traps scattered all around the property from him. Everyone has to be very careful and pay attention to where they step. Some of them are put out to catch small animals, like rabbits or squirrels, that he checks regularly… and some of them are just forgotten by Nubbins. He put them out for victims and animals and then got distracted and just plain forgot where they were and what his plan was. Bubba has been a victim of his forgotten traps, he jumped so high and got so scared that he came barreling into the house when he ran into one. Johnny has also been a victim when he was out in the yard. His boots were thick enough to protect his foot but they didn’t protect his temper. He ended up yelling at Nubbins and sent him to go clean up the trap and go on a wild goose hunt for other forgotten ones.
