Oh, look at that! A teaser for the new Binary Star Hero fanfic I'm working on! Wow, Ray looks way younger than I usually draw him... and that drip! I wonder if those factors will have any plot relevance? Nah, I'm sure it's nothing...

I love that this, as well as the canon magazine cover we see in the game, don't show any of the multitude of scars we know Ray has, implying one of two possibilities:

1- some poor editor running on fumes is airbrushing the hell out of his photos

Or

2- he is caked in enough makeup to fill a kiddie pool

And one of those options has to happen every time he's photographed without a shirt on because this man's body looks like a cutting board (and that's to say nothing of all the moles and freckles you know he has. This poor man is rushing to apply an even layer of foundation every time he puts on his costume).

Thinking about when Mc was on the internet looking up Binary Star media. They had to have seen a few magazine covers, right?

Anyway hope they start collecting them bc he sure does look good in 'em.
