Attention (Hybrid AU)

A/N: This is different from what I usually write but I’ve had the idea on my mind for a while now. I also know that this hybrid au came out of nowhere but I will also be writing (occasionally) hybrid au’s in addition to whatever else I write. If this isn’t for you then feel free to skip. FYI this will be shorter than my other posts.

Pairing: Jungkook x (Wolf) hybrid!reader

Genre: Fluff

“Y/N!” Jungkook practically screeched as he took off after your retreating form, you cackling mischievously as you ran off with his game controller. “Give it back! I’m in the middle of a tournament!”

“You’ll have to catch me first Kookie!” You called back playfully, rushing down the hallway and into the room you shared with Jungkook.

You’d already dropped the controller by the time Jungkook barged into the room and was sitting with your legs crossed, tail thumping gently against the bed.

Jungkook sighed tiredly. “Where’d you put it? I have to finish my tournament.”

“But Jungkook,” You whined. “You’ve been playing games all day. Won’t you take a break?”

“After I finish this tournament.” He promised, although the two of you knew that it was far from the truth.

With a little bit of a pout, you pulled the controller from your pocket and held it out for him. Just as he went to grab it, you pulled it out of his reach and wrapped your arms and tail around him, pulling him onto the bed.

“Y/N! What are you doing?”

“I want your attention!”

Before he could reply, you untangled yourself from him and pinned him on his back, straddling his small waist and grinning triumphantly.

Quickly catching onto the game, Jungkook chuckled and said, “So you want to play like that, huh?”

And then a full on wrestling match broke out between you two. You proved to be a more challenging opponent than Jungkook anticipated, being smaller you were able to squeeze out of his grasp quickly, and you were pretty strong as well.

“Not as easy as you thought, huh bunny?” You teased when he pulled back to catch his breath, wagging your tail playfully.

“Well you certainly know how to put up a fight.” Jungkook eventually relented, and you beamed with delight. “But it’ll take more than that for you to win.”

And the two of you went at it again.

Jungkook would grab your wrists to pin them to the bed, but you would either thrash so much that you dislodged him or would knock your shoulder against his with enough force to knock him off balance. It was a mess, you two rolling around on the bedsheets and running around the dorm and making so much noise so much that Namjoon poked his head in to make sure everything was alright.

The match ended when both you and Jungkook were to exhausted to continue, and you nuzzled into into Jungkook’s arms as he ran his fingers through your hair, massaging all over your scalp. What you didn’t expect, however, was for Jungkook to reach over and gently scratch behind your ear, a particularly tender spot.

You looked up with wide eyes, visibly surprised, and let out a little “oh”.

Jungkook froze mid-scratch and then hastily pulled his hand away - you didn’t miss the fear glittering in his eyes.

“I’m sorry.” He apologized with round eyes, looking like a lost puppy. “Should I not have? Did I hurt you?”

Immediately you shook your head. “I was just…surprised.” At his worried, slightly apprehensive face you quickly added, “But it was a good surprise.”

Jungkook still hesitated. “You don’t mind?”

“Nope. Here - do it again.”

You wrapped your hand around his and guided it to the gap in between your ears, aware of the somewhat tense silence between you too.

“Are you sure? I don’t want to hurt you.”

“You won’t, you won’t.”

After a moments hesitation, Jungkook complied and started to lightly scratch behind your ears, his touch gentle and loving. You melted into the touch, nuzzling into his chest with a small sigh. Jungkook continued to stroke your head and scratch your ears in a soothing manner, you had almost fallen asleep until he asked,

“Is it comfortable?”

In your sleepy state, you turned on your stomach, still caught up in his arms, to look at Jungkook. His eyes were wide with adoration and his lips were turned up in his bunny smile.

“Yes, very.” You replied. “Please continue.”

He looked at you curiously while continuing to scratch. “This is first time you’ve let me touch your ears ~ if i knew you’d like it so much I would’ve done this much sooner.”

“I was too shy to ask.”

“Aw jagi you don’t have to be worried about asking me for something~”

“I know I know.”

Jungkook smiled and rested his head upon yours, his breath growing shallow as sleep started to catch up with him.

Just as he dozed off, you murmured, “You can play that tournament tomorrow.” And he replied with a sleepy, “Okay.”

CHAPTER 1

Okay so mc at the beginning is still new to styling herself and having her own clothes, still slightly insecure and self-conscious of her body but she begins to quickly realize that she likes soft fabrics, like cotton, and silk satin. You get the gist. She hates harsh fabrics on her skin due to her and the boys figuring out that she has sensitive skin so anything that makes her itch or uncomfortable is immediately put back or returned if bought online.

Also realizes that she likes to wear pastel and bright colors, something she was never really privileged to wear at all growing up. She heavily prefers wearing flowy and loose things and enjoyed the much freedom she had and how girly she looked. So yes skirts and dresses and oversized tees were her best friend. Wearing them made her feel her best and the most confident she ever has been. She felt uncomfortable in pants and trousers; shorts too, but if really had to wear them she would, especially in winter since the boys panic not wanting her to get cold or ill, always seeming to be forgetting that the Leopard hybrid runs a little hotter than average human and other hybrids.

She soon discovers that baby blue is her favorite color, liking how soft and gentle it looked and how well it looks on her. The color is very much peaceful and calming for her. Tranquility. The boys were quick to discover this and quickly got her loads of baby blue clothing items even going as far as getting blankets in baby blue and getting themselves baby blue shirts and making sure they smelt like them put in her nest whenever she wanted to nest.

But back to the point, she was very much a soft feminine type of girl, almost cottage-core style. The boys found it adorable and the perfect style for her. It expressed the gentle and loving personality she will grow to have.

However, the more she grows into herself, the insecurities and self-consciousness are no longer there, and as her personality grows, so does her style. Not totally. She just feels like she needed to explore more styles. Be a bit more adventurous. She gets a bit into her dark feminine side she never realized she had. The confidence she radiates in these clothes was immaculate.

She does tend to stick to her soft fem style the majority of the time but if she was in the mood to feel empowered and strong then she'll dress in her monochrome clothes in the depths of her wardrobe. These clothes usually come out when she wants to mess with the boys or on a day when she needs to feel really confident if her mental health is low, it somehow helps her boost it back up.

Usually, she messes with the boys in the outfits when she's going into heat knowing how absolutely feral they go seeing her in them, the clothes being slightly tighter than her usual style, accentuating her curves, that she barely shows off, in all the right places. The boys are practically on their knees for her by the end of the day. It made the usually shy and reserved girl feel powerful. She gets almost a bit cocky.

But despite the confidence and empowerment she gets in these, it's not her everyday style, just occasional days here and there when she could do with the extra boost, and when they do come out the boys make the absolute most of it but they love her no matter what she's wearing. She could wear a trash bag and they'd think she's still stunning. Afterall, she was their Little Leopard.

Hello, I was wondering if y’all have any fic recommendations for any BTS member. I been trying to find some but I always find the same member ( no hate to that member but I want to read fics of the other members too) Do you guys have any recommendations?
