Uhhh Carmen Sandiego ocs I guess with some cool designs uhhhhh yayyy

Probably on Carm’s team??? (Ulani would definitely befriend player ngl)

Idk, tryna figure out their lore

And yeah, Darila is Russian, and Ulani is Puerto Rican

And Ulani has vitiligo, though I’m not sure if I did it well cause I didn’t look at a reference which was stupid of me

Also fun fact, Darila mostly speaks Russian, but she can speak English. Though, she likes to see Ulani try to translate her words.

“Uh, yeah, sure, pizza.”

Might change Ulani’s design a bit, but not for now. :p

She made a squad, as she is friends with certain people she graduated VILE Academy with (Except for Naveah, she hates him for whatever reason)

Loves woman

Brazilian

She can be quite bossy, but her stern tone is not towards Veronica for some reason

Takes her job quite seriously, getting made at those who mess up.

ESPECIALLY gets mad whenever Naveah messes up.

“Naveah, you dumbass, that wasn’t the plan at all!”

May or may not have a crush on Veronica (she totally does)

Wasn’t raised in a good home in the past.

Joined VILE to take out her anger on innocent, good people with perfect lives as she never had a good life. Neither has she ever been helped by a good person.

Like Crackle, she loves the crackle rod. She thinks electricity is pretty sweet.

Favorite teacher is Dr. Bellum, as she loves the gadgets she makes.

Veronica Goodwells

The older sister of Naveah.

Has a little sister, Cynthia, but more info on her later!

Despite being a VILE operative, she is quite caring. Always healing injuries the team takes.

Also didn’t have a good home, they left to find a better home. Left Cynthia behind with a different family, as they didn’t want her to grow up without good education.

She’s a lil bi bebe

Dyed her hair white cause she thought it was nice on her

Panamanian-American

Loves music like the rest of the gang.

Doesn’t have a favorite teacher, believes they all have their downsides. But she is a bit close with Countess Cleo. (I believe that’s her name, been awhile)

Always makes sure her little brother, Naveah, is okay whenever Jessyka downs on him.

Might have feelings for Jessyka, she isn’t sure yet. Naveah is supportive though, as always.

When there aren’t any missions, she spends her time outside reading. Maybe drawing too, depending on how she’s feeling.

Also, FANTASTIC art skills because why not.

Naveah Goodwells

The little brother of Veronica!

Sure, has mischievous intents sometimes, he is a positive one. Which is a reason why Jessyka hates him.

Kind and sweet, but had to hide that of course. No one would take a VILE operative seriously if they were too sweet?

He was surprised he even graduated. He thought VILE was just desperate for more graduates.

Panamanian-American also

He is a good thief, but he doesn’t really love his job. He had no choice though.

He is pan, because he loves everyone.

Naveah mostly talks to friends he’s close with, like Mimebomb. But he mostly talks to Veronica, as of course that’s what siblings do.

Whenever Jessyka dunks on him, he brushes it off. Though he sometimes thinks if he even deserves to be in VILE in the first place. To which he doesn’t think he deserves it, neither does he believe his sister deserves it.

But it was either VILE, or horrible family life.

No favorite teacher, but has talked to Shadowsan some times before. He believes he is interesting, despite his serious looks.

Next will be ACME ocs! (Just 2 I think) and then, one more VILE oc, and then more ocs that are added to Carmen’s group (which are with the two first ocs I made, Ulani and Darila)

Hold on let me just draw ACME ocs because I’m bored and have bad cramps :3

Cynthia Goodwells

As you guessed it, Veronica and Naveah’s little sister.

You can say her new family paid off, as she works for ACME now.

The only kid with yellow eyes.

Dyed her hair white to remind herself of Veronica.

Has a sweet personality like Naveah. Also a bit shy, and has a quiet tone.

She has two cats, Coffee and Caramel.

She has a best friend (maybe lil crush, because idk why not, oc x oc is cool) named Xane. (So unique right guys)

Also is friends with Julia, they love history.

Whenever Cynthia is a bit stressed, focusing really hard, or just a bit nervous, she taps her foot on the ground. Or, she starts to play with her hair. She doesn’t like to do it, it gets her foot all tired.

Panamanian-American

Has her own office, as she needs a semi-quiet space to work. Cynthia gets agitated when there are multiple clicks of computer keys at once. It makes her distracted.

Her office was designed by Cynthia herself, she wanted it to fit her needs.

Has a picture of her as a baby with her adoptive parents. Also has another picture of her as a baby but with Naveah and Veronica instead.

Cynthia never understood why her siblings left her, or where they went. She misses them, sometimes it makes her upset just to think of them. She thinks it’s her fault.

Whenever she has one of those moments where she’s upset, she usually goes to Xane’s office to just…talk and relax. He really helps her a lot, and she’s glad he exists.

Also, was the second to agree that Carmen Sandiego wasn’t evil. She’s on the bandwagon just like Julia is.

Has seen Carmen Sandiego before, as in try to capture her with the rest of the ACME agents. But no luck, and decided in her head that it wasn’t the best approach at all.

Xane Johnson (I cannot draw legs please help)

A close friend of Cynthia’s, who’s also really smitten with her. (He’s so in love)

He’s a bit of a shy one, but works well with people nonetheless.

His tone is more soft than anything, he thinks it makes him sound weak.

Is also on the bandwagon, agreeing with Cynthia and Julia that Carmen is far from evil. (Did they say that? Idk, been awhile since I rewatched)

Xane is smart enough to tell when Cynthia isn’t feeling her best. Usually tries to cheer her up when she’s down, which works eventually.

Xane lives in an apartment, Cynthia is his roommate. So whenever they need to finish on work, they do it together in the living room.

An only child, so he doesn’t know what it’s like to have siblings.

American

Been with Cynthia to try and capture the infamous Carmen Sandiego. But has paused after Cynthia figured another solution out.

Mostly spends his time with Cynthia.
