Belphegor!

Lilith

This is the beginning of the side/supporting character list, and descriptions. Mind that I’ve added some characters since first creating the list a bit back. Anyway here’s Lilith.

Lilith is the mother of all demons. She is mother to the 4 young princes (Mammon, Beelzebub, Asmodeus, and Belphegor). Before that she was the first woman to be created.

Lucifer watched from the walls around Eden and admired her. He’d sneak in to speak with her. He fell in love with her. Adam didn’t seem to even care about her and blatantly disrespected her existence. So, Lucifer tried to take Lilith from Eden.

God didn’t like this. So he cast away Lucifer and Lilith. They made a home for themselves in hell where they laid.

 Lilith learned soon that she had importance to the world though. Her existence in this world was to give life. This isn’t about “being a mother” no. She stepped into hell and grass began to grow. And for the world above to do the same she’d need to be there. So, she made a deal with God and her new husband. She would travel and bring life, then come home to hell. 

This version of her is heavily inspired by persephone. She’s one of my favorite gods.

Stolas

Stolas in this story doesn’t have an overwhelming important role. He’s a helper, Jeremy, Levi, and Asmodeus all trust him deeply. At his core in this story he’ll be a caretaker.

his background isn’t really relevant to the plot, and I can’t say much about him without spilling some plot lines.

Death

The first thing created, after Adam and Eve were kicked out of Eden. They are very silent creature. Occasionally they’ll  appear at your door as a dog, or a family member, or a friend.

They are very polite. But their line of work is a time consuming job. 

When Belphegor reached an age of importance bee mother got death to take her places. They traveled the world and became best friends. Pestilence would join as well, and together they were the calmness of a life ending. 

Death usually follows the other horsemen for big jobs, while going where they needed to for the rest. They’ve got many helpers to take on these jobs. It’s hard work but they like it.

Famine

Famine is the third horseman. She stayed close to the others for a very long time. This was until she was formally introduced to hell's ruling family.

She “hated” Beelzebub, she couldn’t understand them. The two seemed so different. She hated them, and beelzebub was ever so slowly falling for her. 

Over time Famine realized why she “hated” the royal so much. She thought they were soft. She thought that they could let anyone step on them. And she hated to see them in a position where they could possibly be exploited. 

So, she took a home in their ring in hell. She worked with Beelzebub and let her feelings go. They fell for each other. They got married. 

A beautiful wedding.

Anatomy 10

Pestilence

He appeared with a cough, a raspy cough. He knows sleep as a friend and creates beautiful viruses. This is pestilence. 

 Their work is not only to disease and plague, but to help heal and cure. A couple of the major pandemics are most of the time intentional, and needed. Unfortunately there’s a few accidents sprinkled through history.

He's the final horseman (don’t worry we’ll get to war soon). He became friends with death and Belphegor due to their jobs being closely related.

Light the World Prompt for day 7: Compliments

Howdy *waves* I am a verbal processor. A random starting line I know, but I promise it’ll be worth it in the end if you keep reading. As a verbal processor that means I need to discuss or talk things out enable to put organization to the unorganized chaos that is my mind. This unfortunately means that I am talking preeeeeettty much most of the time😅

However, one good thing about this is that I live by the saying “If you see something, say something.” That means that when I saw something SO impactful that the I immediately wanted to tell someone about it because it excited me or intrigued me. So when I compliment you, it means I saw something in you that I just got so excited to see that I just had to tell you, so you could get excited too!

So Friend, lemme tell you what I see:

I see you there Friend, tired and hurting from the struggles of your life. I see you, getting up every day and doing your best to do something. I see you reaching out to help friends and family members even when sometimes nobody takes the time to help you. I see you sitting by yourself with a lonely sigh. I see you, crying into your pillow alone at night. I see you sick and tired of not being heard or misunderstood. I see you putting your heart and soul into whatever the work it is you do, and while it may never get the attention it deserves, it’s still beautiful.

YOU are beautiful. Yes, I’m looking at you. I see YOU. You’ve got a beautiful soul friend, one that is uniquely yours. It’s brilliant, Darlin’. And in a world that keeps getting increasingly dark, we need YOUR light. Yes, YOURS! Because it’s simply a better place when you are HERE.

Don’t let ANYBODY tell you otherwise (feel free to dm me if you need me to fight someone) and that includes yourself. You ARE worth the time. You ARE worth the effort n the love. Simply because YOU. ARE. WORTH. IT.

In whatever way you say it, I love you friend. And just in case nobody told you today:

I’m grateful you’re here. I’ve never seen a smile quite like yours. *grins* Ah there it is! Look at how beautiful you are. Keep smiling like that, Beautiful. You deserve it and the world.

Don’t EVER forget how much good you AlReAdY do. Don’t EVER forget how loved you already are. 😊🧡✨
