Though colloquially called the Bark-winged Birdsnatcher, the most common prey items of this little dragon are the fingers of unsuspecting entomologists.

Tried drawing some dragons with my least favorite colored pencil colors. I can always tell the ones I never use because they're long and sharp and pristine (no bite marks). I guess I must be warm-blooded because it's mostly blues, teals and purples :p

Why is it they always want to be in /front/ of the book?

Phew! I feel like with the kickstarter this year I’ve been posting non-stop since June - on the other hand, I do hanker for dragons~ I’m going to take Smaugust real lazy and easy this year. Post some oldies and do some sketches, maybe. But there /will/ be dragons.

The first silkscreen print I ever made! I registration is quite off, (probably cause it's a hand-drawn stencil) but I kinda like how rough it is :)

Please don’t take your pets for granted. Even if you’re frustrated that your dog has been barking all day or your bird has been screaming for attention, remember you are all they have in this world. Give your fish that extra water change. Give your dog or cat that tummy rub they’ve been begging for. Chop up some fresh fruit as a treat for your rodents or reptiles. Just spend some time with them. Be compassionate to your animals. They are living creatures that are alive simply because you wish them to be. They may only be a small part in your life, but to them, you are their everything.

While wild house dragons are considered pests for their felonious attraction to fine jewelry and silverwear, many a rich socialite these days can be seen with their domestic cousin in her pocket, protecting her valuables and looking fashionably adorable.
