my recent creative output have been these small traditional thumbnail sketches I keep a sketchbook close by when I get pony ideas and try to jolt them down here's a Flash Sentry and Sunburst ship idea! drawn about two weeks ago, but I did some slight touch ups today (they're t4t!)

I'm digging these small sketches a lot; they seem to have more feeling to them, and I'm starting to think that it might be more important than getting the anatomy just right
if I were to flesh this idea out more, Pinkie needs to be a smidge taller than Dash, and I'd like her a bit more chonky
didn't get Fluttershy's position just right, but with her being so tall, putting her neck and head down to the other girls' level just visually looks neat

whoa nelly, an actual drawing from me?? Celestia wip using elements of my AU; battle-scarring incurred prior to Luna's fall, received from all the fighting she and Luna did (who is also heavily scarred) against monsters and assorted baddies before the founding of Equestria she uses an enchanted disguise to hide her old injuries as a way to maintain this pure and pristine appearance, a facade of godhood (alicorns are incredibly tough and long-lived creatures, but not immortal) and upon Luna's return, who doesn't hide any of her battle-scarring, she encourages Celestia to drop her illusions and bring herself back down to an approachable level; "we are here to protect this world and the creatures who inhabit it, sister, not rule over them"
some more work done on a Luna and Twilight concept that I haven't touched in almost 2 years: (the beginning wip for anycreature interested, https://cara.app/post/15c5a573-922f-4e38-a372-79afe256a5c2) "a battle-hardened Luna and a combat trained but inexperienced Twilight being surrounded by some threat I do like the concept behind this, and it doubly serves as an example of my headcanon for the size difference between Twilight and Luna"
haven't felt like drawing any new stuff, so I've been going back and reworking older wips, adding/fixing stuff here and there such as this Rainbow Dash from a year ago! (with test colors to see how she's looking!)
I made this before the New Generation movie came out and at the time some of us were like "why make Hitch a sheriff?? nobody likes cops!", but he ended up being a pretty decent character and the cop aspect of him was pretty minimal in the movie
i finished this piece a couple months ago but never posted it because i wasn't satisfied with how the values looked (i fixed it so it's cool now) anyways kelpie horse, really liked working on this one, sure do wish it was a commission though, would have been nice to be compensated for the hours i (volountarily) worked on this but whatever.
