Here is the cover for the upcoming SFW Soap zine ( @sunshine-soap-zine ) that I was v graciously asked to do by the mod team! 🥺 You can see the front, and then the full spread.
I'm very honoured by their trust in me to design the cover. It was a lot of fun to work with the mods on this. I wanted to try to design something to do our boy Soap justice, and try to make a cover that really pops that people would enjoy looking at and having on their shelves. or like reverse it and ted gets sent to military school, bill becomes marko and it goes on

i think we should normalise putting the most randomest characters in our schools, like change their age and everything and just place them in our schools
like yes, i want to see paul always sitting in ie for never shutting up during lesson, i wanna see marko getting sent to reset for lobbing pens at dwayne across the classroom during science, i wanna see david getting stopped at the gate every morning for always coming in with trainers, no tie, his blazer in his bag and his shirt untucked
i want to see year 11 lost boys bullying year 7-8 frog brothers and sam before they all get booted out the school one by one because the frog brothers and sam kept telling the teachers about it
or like year 11 star picking year 3 laddie up from primary school with micheal, who had to bring sam, who had to bring the frog brothers
i could literally make 10 different posts about current school aus and never get bored

in this AU, Walter had a big argument with Ayla (curator), sadly for Wally the outcome was far from what he had imagined. Aayla got fed up with him and decided to swap his place with Stanley's to "teach" him a lesson. though swapping Stanley was easy to do, Swapping Walter was far from the same. Aayla messed him up really bad and now he cannot swap again. he is stuck as a 'human' and with a rather weird-looking arm now. somehow the swap created an anomaly he is now the host of, it is the very source of his pain now when he is not using it. this weird anomaly is sort of talking to him, at least he believes so. Walter can only hear a few words but they're always the same, "break, corrupt, devour, repeat".
Stanley on his side, initially felt really bad about all of this, but Aayla slowly made his opinion change about Walter. Stanley grew to be more cocky and more disrespectful of Walter making their relationship turn really hostile. every time he has the opportunity, Walter threatens Stanley to destroy him, so with time Stanley learns to stay far away from him, barely narrating anything since Walter always hangs out with Tk now. Stanley seems to stay around Aayla now, learning HER ways of doing things around here.
so let's say the Parable kept going like that, Stanley and Aayla generate another human so the narration can continue while Walter curiously wanders around, nobody knows exactly how he does that but it seems he's getting the hand of that anomaly thing...
there you go! Since Walter is a 'human' now tk and the curator never left. Tk is happy to hang out with his "best friend" and seems to be the only one Walter will listen to. And yes this means the adventure line is also here! they're named Jay by Walter and only listen to him haha.

If you don't mind me asking, but what would the ship Bray (Brian x Jay) be like in your supernatural au (the one where Alex is a vampire)? Sorry, but I got curious after seeing the Timlex post.
Every TTA video has a super secret special code in it that when decoded is explicitly flirting with Jay and once a week Brian will invisibly hover in Jay's hotel room and make all of the cabinets fly open at once. Jay understands this to be a courtship ritual because he's insane and responds by trapping Brian in a salt circle and using a ouija board to sext with him.
