Seeing the island in full colour really drives in how beautiful it is. How much it looks like a "Paradise" but as Gabi points out, this much abundant nature is instead considered unnatural.

This makes me want to talk about another reason i love Jigokuraku.

Everyone on that island has a personal reason to live, but none as protrayed as more noble or better just cause their reason is "better" than the others. Gabimaru isn't just protrayed as better just because he has a wife at home and Yuzuriha isn't protrayed as selfish just because she doesn't wanna die young, because almost every reason to live no matter how "flimsy" or "irrational" or "selfish" is valid.

Sometimes those reasons change, maybe because of the people we meet or what we experience but it doesn't mean your previous reason wasn't good enough. You're just a different person with different thoughts and that's okay.

I just think they are neat

JJK all the way but the fact that Hell's Paradise is second to last rn hurts me a little 😭

I need everyone on tumblr to listen to me… choose the one that had the best and biggest impact on you, not only by the characters but by the story as well…

Have to see it for myself what people think, really.

Was watching the blessed anime when I paused and decided to re-draw Mu Dan, seeing as the variation of his design between the manga and animation was too much for me to co-exist with...

In other words, I re-drew him the way I personally envisioned he would appear in the anime (chances are I'll do this a few more times, until I get his design down as muscle memory)

It was hastily done, and is pretty messy as a result, but eh. He's cute.
