Looking for 3-5 other people to join

BACKGROUND INFO/LORE:
1960-70's, the satanic panic is widespread, and most "deforms" (magic users) are born with abilities, and instantly killed. 98.5 percent of people are now "cured" very few "magic users" are left in America
"Magic" and "magician" have become offensive language, and not true, as these people would be closer to "mutants" (wink wink), the only changes are in there body, and can't affect the world around them no telekinesis or seeing into the future, it's more like shapeshifting, wings, or immunity to poison and sickness).

It’s very casual, no number stats or detailed profiles necessary, each player makes a description of their character,
“New Orleans: another one bites the dust.”
