Post S4 she sometimes gets depressed over the prospect that everyone at Ericson might die of natrual causes. In a world like theirs that might seem like an honour, but it also means that AJ and Tenn will be left alone to fend for themselves after the "adults" in their lives pass away. So unless they start inviting new people in, they might run into some problems in the future.

Lilly's mom met Larry while working as a nurse at some military base they both were stationed in. They had a meet-cute while she was dressing his wounds. Following that, there was as time where they did truely love eachother. It's hard to pin-point when exactly they became that miserable family sitting in the dark.

Shel is a not-so distant cousin of this trainwreck of a family. Her and Lilly used to constantly be told that they look like sisters. (Which is funny since Shel is korean and Lilly is the whitest person to ever exist).

Lee spend his teen years commuting between the college he was visiting in Atlana and his family home in Macon. He did that so much that he would sometimes wake up in the dark, laying on a couch, unsure if he was in his dorm room or at his parents.

Post the Motor Inn era, he got a similar feeling after a good nights sleep. Once or twice Lee would, for just a second, believe that he was back in Macon.
