I wanted to do tadvent2023, ended up doing a fanart responding to none of what I intended lol. So it is just : untitled fanart for the winter.

Well I tried but I can't paint properly. I tried to make it up with color pens but I ended up finishing on computer and cutting all the crap out. I knew I won't be able to do what I had in mind on the paper. But at least I tried.

I am trying a lot of things with my hands recently. Here my second try at watercolors for a fanart I wanna make for TAD. I'll probably try more until I get what I want but I find this one OK in a way. And let say that this the mark of my progression.

My issue is I don’t process lyrics well so I don’t fully understand the song until the 30th time I’ve played it.

For the longest time I heard thought Joey Batey was singing “I look into those secret worlds you call lies” and was a little confused.

sometimes i dont realize the true meaning of certain the amazing devil lyrics and then i pay really close attention to it. and then the weight sets in of what something like “i look at those secret worlds you call eyes” means and i just melt. that shit is profound

while we are all looking forward to the new album

The more we get closer to the 29th the more I am excited for the potential release of a new TAD album. I know I should not because there is no promise, no real hints. That's just a possibility. But in the same way I kinda really need this (a lot). I am afraid that there is nothing in the end and that I would need to cope with the perspective of an undetermined numbers of months without a new patch for my soul.

Having a bad day. Passing the evening painting with my gouache to settle down. And playing with TAD. Here is the fox for Madeleine, the "hidden" deer for Joey. And the spirit of the forest for both of them.

I am currently inspired by their gig in the forest.

This album shattered me and now I have to rebuild myself

Gods, Fair suddenly started playing in my headphones, and my eyes were wet again. I love this song so much because it reminds me every time how much I love my husband (and he loves me).

We've been together for almost six years and all sorts of things have happened... but these lines about “It's not fair, cos you make me laugh when I'm actually really fucking cross at you for something” and these lines about “It's not fair cos you make me weep when I'm just trying to watch The Office with my yoghurt!

This is so vital because my husband really always tries to make me laugh when I'm mad as hell, and I sometimes annoy him with my chatter when he just wants to relax watching a show. And yet we admire each other and everything we do.

Damn, this song makes me feel more than I thought I could feel.
