𐙚 today didn't start so great, but I think it ended well
achievements:
updated my studio notion page to be more functional
walked for about 32 mins
practiced korean on duolingo for 15 mins
added goal tracker to language learning page
stretched for about 3-5 mins
read my Bible and journaled

reflection:
𐙚 today was really good, I woke up pretty early and went for a walk and after that I continued with my morning routine, I did lounge around when I was doing pilates bcs my body hurt and I was having this grueling stomach ache, but I did complete today's tasks and the day ended well
achievements:
I created the thumbnail for a vlog
I updated my Bible study notion page
updated some parts of my fitness page and set up workouts for tomorrow
set up tumblr posts for the week ahead
I also made a blog post for the goal tracker notion template
I walked 30 mins in the morning and night
did 12 mins pilates

𐙚 today was good I wasn't able to study Korean but I did update a large part of a new template, also I only walked today no pilates kinds

𐙚 sorry for not updating. I've just been a little stressed, but I've been trying my best to keep up with this challenge, and now we're on day 8. Today I was able to do a little workout just 100× jumping jacks and 10× burpees (might increase it if I have the capacity), I also took a 30mins walk, I was able to study korean for only 15 mins bcs it was quite late and I completed 4 work tasks the life planner is really coming together

updated 4 parts of the life planner template (plan to update 4 more tomorrow)
practiced Korean for 28 minutes (so close lol)
went to church
completed my morning routine

𐙚 I haven't been able to update recently because of the program in church this week and plus I was lazy but I decided to update today. today I wasn't able to do a lot but I did practice some chinese and set up for the week ahead

𐙚 I love it when my cousin is around she just has so much energy and so does my little sister {they're both 10}. they want to spend more time with me and that always results in them working out with me It was just so motivating working out with people. yh today was ok could be better though. also feeling so iffy about a situation and I hate it

𐙚 today was a really good day, I was able to complete a lot of tasks and even study but that meant that I didn't workout and stuff so I think I really need to find a way to align my routine in a way I can complete my daily tasks properly

𐙚 today was heavily productive but just like yesterday no movement, I spent the majority of my morning talking to a friend, and yes today I finally completed the coquette life planner and I have now uploaded it on my Kofi page

I made plans for tasks I'll do next week
I studied Korean for and hour plus
ate in my calorie deficit
I also scheduled 2 blog posts for the new month

𐙚 idk my life these days isn't giving, it's isn't giving like anything. I feel so lazy and as if I don't work hard enough. I feel kinda lost and wrong, and I don't feel very trying to lose weight. I think I'm still eating too much
