oh nothing just a beam of light from a closet shining down directly on mike wheeler
imagine someone from set installing a light that bright in his closet. why would that be necessary whatsoever. like that's just extra money for something that doesn't matter unless it does .the light in his closet didn't even have to be on in the first place, and even if it did, why does it need to be a comically shaped RAY OF LIGHT shining down on him😭

wait okay so here me out.
its season 5.
will puts himself in danger for mike (gets injured?) & is knocked out for a little while- a few days, etc. nothing fatal, but.
ofc mike is worried. mike is waiting for will to wake up (im)patiently, he is on edge, he goes quiet and wont eat or speak with people, he won't leave him alone. (or maybe we just get a quiet, not-eaty mike but that is now even more determined to spite the upside down and goes to kill it or whatever. but i think that based off of our season 2 material the first option sounds a little more plausible. but anyways.) we get at least one by-the-bedside byler scene, (and the potential for lumax parallels ohmygod)!

mike ends up feeling like he needs to talk to someone about it/everything else happening.
mike and nancy have a heart-to-heart / sibling talk, as is seen in the teaser clip:

anyways. as they talk maybe nancy brings up steve and jon/her current emotional confusion, or just launches into something like a quiet nudge and still-with-plausible-deniability 'its obvious you must love him a lot' (very discreet i know.. probably not quite that, but you get it), or something else supportive and understanding, but however it happens, she ends up telling/relaying to a distressed mike softly about what was once said to her about her and johnathon:
"only love makes you that crazy sweetheart. and that damn stupid." but referencing WILL and MIKE.
i think i would die.
wheeler siblings rep & gay pining & lumax parallels & a few more answers for mike & a callback??? PLEASE.
it doesn't even have to be like a jancy confirmation or anything, even though it technically could be, but nancy could still make the reference i know it. it would FIT.
