Another update on DNW
I have decided that dark new world issue 1 (comic version) will release on the same day as the nexus season 2 chapter 4
My release schedule for the nexus was interrupted by not having wifi for the week it was supposed to release chapter 4 so I decided to “why not” and combined it with dark new worlds release schedule of “when the next comic in the series is done” so it will release whenever issue 2 is done (which is starting to be worked on)
Dark new world - EP-01 SE—01 because it’s Christmas and I want to post DNW stuff but didn’t have anything prepared for Christmas so I decided to release this early
Hehehe this took way too long to get done, just because of emeralds angle being drawn weirdly in the old versions and me not liking it, the flora details were literally afterthoughts compared to it
Note this is for a proof of concept comic which I might make into a series depending on what I am feeling like - effectively it’s a side project (don’t ask about the main one)

Fern will definitely learn not to mess with a random dog now (probably not). I will probably take this comic down if I get too scared of getting famous but still interact with this if you wanna it won't scare me away.

my comic series is called "the misadventures of Rowan and Fern".
so basically it follows 2 teens that do dumb shit. There's Rowan, the unpredictable rebellious kid and then there's Fern, a well behaved nerd. They're best friends (or more✨✨). Feel free to draw fanart of them if you wanna. I will post more stuff whenever I can.

So Fern canonically is in a family that lives a very naturey lifestyle which explains the fairy grunge type style but yeah his parents are against buying clothes from mainstream clothing shops but they also don't stop Fern because they don't want him getting bullied. Fern still goes barefoot though to still kinda keep the lifestyle they've grew up with. If I'm misinformed please correct me on the crunchy lifestyle. That's canonically the lifestyle Fern's family lives.

Happy pride month!! This story was set when Rowan and Fern originally became friends by the way. The very last panel is a silly little drawing ^_^

Fern may or may not canonically be a furry. Also enjoy this comic even though it's shorter than the rest it won't happen again :c

Rowan isn't a misogynist don't worry. He supports women's rights and so does Fern.
