He might've had the equivalent of a free lobotomy that scrambled his frontal lobe and reverted him back into acting like a dog from when he was a toddler looked after by dogs (and might've had to cannibalise his deceased mother for survival which oops he now has a taste for human flesh post headshot) but hey!!
