Believe it or not, I struggled with that one a bit…
The basic premise is that in Jackson after returning from Salt Lake, Ellie starts to hallucinate dead people. I think it’s gonna come out in October, since it coincides with a Whumptober prompt even tho I’ve been working on it for months😅
Oooh what is Whumptober Thing about? are you trying to do multiple prompts or just pick one?
So three on the list are Whumptober prompts, this is the only one I couldn’t think of a name for😅
The basic premise is incredibly stupid but I thought it would be really fun to write. It’s for ‘finding old messages’, and basically Ellie and Joel read what people are saying about them on social media😭

That’s a good one. Basically the premise is that Joel and Ellie go to support groups and get help for their trauma. Joel makes a deal with Ellie that if he goes to a support group for people who lost kids then she has to go to a support group for survivors of SV. She agrees because she wants him to shut up about it and doesn’t think that he’ll actually do it, but he and Maria go to a group together.

Scenario: hostage situation. It doesn't have to be exactly this, but maybe someone who got bit gets past the defences and lives in Jackson for a day or two and then when symptoms start to show in public and guns get drawn, he grabs the nearest person (ellie) and decides to take her with him to the edge of town so he can leave without getting killed. Negotiation and panic and anger + or - maria and tommy etc. Could be fun
I combined this idea with another and by the time I finished it, it lined up with a Whumptober prompt😅
