Here's to systems that don't keep up with their information!
Honestly, tracking every little switch, split, fusion, etc. gets exhausting really quickly. It's totally understandable if someone can't (or doesn't want to!) keep up with that sorta stuff. Here's to them!
Shoutout to those who:
Can't keep up due to chronic fatigue/illness, disability, depression, executive dysfunction, etc.
Don't want to keep up with it because it's too much work
Used to be very on top of their info, but over time just sorta let themselves relax
Have too much amnesia or poor communication to track everything
Have no way to track it even if they wanted due to strict parents they can't hide things from, not allowed to have Discord for Pluralkit, etc.
Wish they could keep up, but their system is too complex/fragmented/so on and so forth
You don't need to have those things if you don't want them, or physically can't! It's ok!
You're doing amazing!

Here's to systems with "traditional" symptoms!
I think sometimes the plurals with more "severe" or commonly known about symptoms get swept under the rug sometimes -- but today, we're here to appreciate them!
Shoutout to systems who:
Have black-out amnesic episodes
Have little to no internal communication
Find it hard to keep track of their system information
May have little to no idea about the others they share a body with -- such as member count, roles, names, etc.
Dissociate extremely frequently
Have triggers that are common and/or hard to avoid
And anyone else I missed!
It's ok to just exist in your natural state of being -- you're not being "stereotypical", even if it might feel like it some days! You're absolutely amazing as you are!
Please never forget that!

This is your daily reminder that you donโt need to switch regularly to be a system.
Weโre a diagnosed DID system. Usually one of the hosts will take over completely for two or three days and because of our low communication (especially between frequent fronters) there will be radio silence.
When we first joined the system community, there was a lot of talk about switching regularly and losing days at a time and yes that does happen to some people and that is valid.
Itโs also valid to be like us. We have one host front for a few days and occasionally other people will drop by. Our other host will get us dressed on the rare occasion we have to leave the house (about once an month) and will take over for a day if the first host needs a break. That works for us. At first, we switched maybe once a week. Now we switch two to four times a week.
Not switching often is valid. I donโt just mean a couple of days either. Not switching for weeks is valid. You are valid no matter how your system fronting works and how you adapt to that.
Take care of yourselves and accept yourselves for you. You donโt need to be like any other system.
