Felix got on with everyone he met, everyone except for Minho. He was rude and didn't hold back when he spoke. So what do you do when you don't click as friends? you fuck of course.

Felix got along with everyone, that's just who he was. All throughout Felix's life he was known as the guy who got along with everyone. It was just in his nature to be a nice and caring person and it radiated wherever he went.

Obviously, Felix wasn't friends with everyone; he had a small loving group of friends and made sure to stay away from the bad crowds. He just had this quality about him that no one could really pinpoint but it made him known as a great guy.

Even though Felix got along with everyone, he only had a small group of friends. Living by the motto that claims quality is better than quantity. It was proven to be true because if you were lucky enough to be Felix's friend then you knew you were a quality person.

First, there was Jisung who happened to be born only a day before Felix so everyone calls them the twins. They also happen to be roommates and best friends since childhood. Jisung was someone you could really count on and rely on basically whenever, plus he had the best sense of humor and the best music taste (ironically it's mostly the same as Felix's.) Felix and Jisung were inseparable and only started expanding their circle in their late teens.

Next, was Hyunjin, the other roommate and a friend that Felix made on his first day of college when some guy walked past and made a snarky comment about Felix's freckles and he stood up for him. They have been friends ever since and are studying the same major, modeling, while Jisung chose music production. He is a very touchy'feely drunk so you had to watch yourself at times.

Next again was Seungmin, he had a smile that instantly lit up any room he walked into. Felix loved that he was great at giving advice for one thing. Plus Seungmin was an overly happy drunk so it always made for a good time. The only downside was that he liked to live alone, so he only had a small studio with one bed and a pull-out couch. It was nice but you also get why Felix thinks it's a downside.

Lastly, there was Jeongin who was the youngest of the group and the only one who lived in a dorm. Since he was a first-year he had to live in the dorms and can only move out when he gets to his second year. Jeongin was a lot closer to Seungmin than Felix, but they still got on great and we're currently in the middle of a meme war. They had to send each other a new meme every morning and the first one to forget buys drinks the next time they go out; so far no one has lost yet.

It was safe to say that Felix had a nice life. He did quite well in his classes while still having time for an active social life and dating life. Felix for about 6 months dated this guy named Jung Wooyoung and they were as cute as can be until Felix was dumped for Choi San.

"Wait, who's this guy?" Felix asked, he was sat on the edge of Jisung's bed while he was trying to find the perfect shirt to match his jeans.

"Lee Minho remember? I was paired up with him for a project but we kinda became friends along the way" Jisung made an 'ah ha' noise once he found the perfect shirt.

"So you invited him to dinner then" Felix predicts.

"Yeah, I hope that's cool? The others are already siked to meet him"

"Yeah, it's fine, I'm always up for meeting new people!"

"FELIX FOR THE LOVE OF GOD I WILL LEAVE WITHOUT YOU"

Shit, he forgot about his breakfast date with Hyunjin before class.

"I'M COMING, JUST A SEC" Felix yelled back, standing up and grabbing his bag in the process.

"Are you sure you don't wanna join us?" Felix asks just one last time before leaving.

"It's alright. I gotta prep some things for class so I really can't" Jisung motions to his music set up, and it explains why it is turned on.

"Ok, love you and I'll see you tonight" Felix leans in for a goodbye kiss which Jisung graciously accepts.

"Bye love you, be there by 7" Jisung returns before heading to his setup.

By the time it reached 7, Felix was so tired and ready to just go home, watch a few episodes of brooklyn99 and pass out. Tuesdays were always his busiest days, filled with 3 classes and he promised to help Seungmin out since he was getting a new sofa and that took way longer than expected.

But, he was intrigued to meet Minho and he did promise to meet Jisung and he never breaks his promises. So he mustered up all his willpower, got into his car, and drove to the restaurant.

It was Japanese cuisine, Yuki's sushi, known for its large selection of sushi and vibey decor. The bell rang as Felix walked inside, boots clunking with every step he got closer to the table.

"Felix hey!" Seungmin waved him over to their booth. Seungmin and Jeongin sat on one side while Jisung, Hyunjin, and the new guy Minho sat on the other side.

"Long time no see ey Minnie" Felix joked while giving hello kisses to all, having seen Seungmin earlier today. Seungmin laughed in return and moved over so there was space for Felix to sit.

"You must be Minho, I'm Felix, it's nice to meet you" Felix held out his hand for Minho to shake, which Minho accepted but gripped a little too tight for Felix's liking.

"Felix?" Minho questioned at the forigen name.

"Actually Yongbok, but don't call him that unless you feel like dying" Jisung explains while opening his menu, "so, shall we order?"

"We gotta try at least 3 types of sushi, ooh they also have Yakatori don" Jeongin was amazed by all of the choices, and honestly so was Felix when he took a look at his own menu. He had to come here more often!

"So Felix, what do you do?" Minho was the first one to start a conversation.

"I'm studying modeling along with Hyunjin. As for work, I model for my cousin's clothing brand" Felix explained, taking a sip of his newly ordered wine. Felix didn't like the way Minho looked at him before he got a response, a look that insinuated Felix wasn't good-looking enough to be a model.

"Interesting, not what I thought" is all Felix gets, and it takes everything in him to not get up and leave. Jisung and Hyunjin didn't notice the look because they weren't sitting opposite Minho and neither did Jeongin who was too busy ordering too much food but Seungmin noticed. He noticed the way Felix tensed and gripped his menu harder.

"You ok?" Seungmin whispered, placing a hand on Felix's thigh comfortingly. Which made Felix let out a breath he hadn't realized he'd been holding, and just nodded in reply.

"What do you do Minho?" Hyunjin was the one to keep the conversation going, since Jisung the mutual excused himself to go to the bathroom.

"Well as you know I study music production with Jisung and 2 of my other friends and for now I'm a waiter at Sliders, you know that burger place with the neon signs?"

"Oh yeah, I think Felix n I ate there last week. Quite a good burger actually" Hyunjin muses, just as Jisung returns and the food arrives.

Holy shit Jeongin did you order the whole menu?

"Sorry guys I know it's a lot, but there was just so much I wanted to try and I know Jisung loves sushi so" Jeongin didn't really seem all that sorry for ordering all this food when his face lit up in anticipation of trying it all. Most of the group just brushed it off and started eating.

"So Minnie, I hear there's a new guy in your life?" of course Hyunjin goes straight in for the gossip, juicy topics, or whatever people are calling it nowadays. Seungmin just chuckled a little before answering, explaining how he met some guy named Yeosang and they really hit it off.

Felix just wasn't able to shake the way he felt about Minho though, to everyone else he was a nice well-meaning guy but to Felix? he just couldn't stand him.

He always gave questionable looks, he even claimed that he heard bad rumors about Yeosang and that Seungmin should be careful, not to mention that Minho looked like he'd rather be anywhere else.

That was just in one dinner setting! It was unsettling to Felix because he's never felt this way about someone before. Felix liked everyone, so why didn't he like Minho?

Over the next week Jisung kept wanting to bring Minho along to their hangouts because in Jisung's opinion; "He's just so cool" out of the 5 times Minho was asked, he only came to 2 of them since the other times he had other plans, which was a relief to Felix.

The times he did come, however, always made Felix wanna go home. It was nothing against Jisung because Jisung was allowed to have other friends. Minho just kept rubbing Felix the wrong way, his attacks almost becoming personal but he would cover it up claiming he was just joking, poking fun if you will.

Jisung had also met Minho's other friends Chan and Changbin, who apparently he had known since high school. Which only sounded a little bit cute, 3 friends who all share the same dream and wanna go to the same school to pursue said dream.

Jisung wanted to plan a group hangout; going to a karaoke bar. Felix knew that Jisung would invite him and Hyunjin who were his closest friends, and Jeongin, and Seungmin who would ask his boyfriend Yeosang along. (jokes on you Minho Yeosang was a totally normal nice human being) Felix also knew that Jisung would Invite Minho and that Minho would invite Chan and Changbin by extension, and Chan would bring his boyfriend Seonghwa along.

"Ok, who wants to go first, but I call dibs on super junior's sorry sorry. It's been Felix and I's karaoke song for the longest time" Jisung turned to everyone once he brought over round 3, now decided that people were tipsy enough to sing.

"You know it baby" Felix shot back with a smirk.

"Babe let's do EXO'S call me baby" Seonghwa asked happily.

"Sure, but I don't wanna go first" Chan replied.

That was Jisung's cue to grab Felix from his chair and pull him over to the stage, they were both grinning at this point. Tipsy Felix loved karaoke, and most of his friends knew this. Both Jisung and Felix even knew the iconic dance, and there was no way they were not gonna do it tonight.

By the time the song was over, Felix felt euphoric, his friends cheered for him and Jeongin offered to buy the next round since that morning he forgot to send a meme which meant that he lost the meme war.

Nothing could bring down his mood, nothing except for Minho apparently.

"I give you a 3.5 at best" he commented while sipping on his drink.

"Will you knock it off already, Jisung and I were good" Felix tried to stand up for himself.

"Yeah, Jisung was good" Minho commented again, which only made Felix huff in response. He was about to forget it when an idea popped into his head.

"Minho wants to go next!" Felix declared, even though he remembered one time Jisung said he hated singing. It honestly made Felix wonder why he said yes to a karaoke bar when he would never wanna participate.

Minho shot Felix a glare, and Felix knew that later on he was in for it but right now he didn't care, he finally got some revenge.

The next few weeks went by pretty smoothly, and quietly too. Hangouts became fewer since it was exam time. Felix missed seeing his friends (besides the ones he lives with) but on the upside, Felix hadn't seen Minho for a while (minus that one time he came over but that was purely for an assignment thing so he left Felix alone)

Felix was enjoying his time Minho free because he was free to do whatever he pleased without Minho commenting about it. There was a small part of him that felt guilty for disliking a person this much but another part of him suggested that Minho didn't like Felix either or else he wouldn't be acting this way.

All bittersweet things must come to an end however and when exam period was over that meant one thing; Hyunjin's birthday, and boy did Hyunjin like to go hard on his birthday.

"Let's keep things small this year, just all our friends and maybe they can plus one like one other person. I just want a fun night in, music, drinks, party games, nachos" Hyunjin explained, writing all of his thoughts down on a pad.

"Chan also asked if it was ok for Seonghwa to bring some friends? only 3 people. He just didn't wanna be that guy who knows no one" Jisung asked from the bathroom, where he was fixing his hair.

So that meant Minho would come along, he would bring Chan and Changbin and Chan would bring Seonghwa and apparently 3 of Seonghwa's friends.

Just fucking great.

"Yeah sure, but only 3 ok I want this to be small" Hyunjin replied.

"Thanks, Hyung, tomorrow night is gonna be awesome" Jisung comes out of the bathroom looking quite snazzy, too snazzy for a Thursday night.

"So where are you off too hmm?" Felix mused.

"Cut the tone it's not a date or anything. I'm actually going to my parents. My brother recently got engaged so he wants all the fam to have dinner" Jisung explained.

"Well that's good for him, tell him I say congratulations" Felix got up off the couch, turning to Hyunjin; "Hyung you wanna get dinner?"

"Definitely, we gotta have-

"Yuki's sushi again. I've been craving it."

It was the night of Hyunjin's birthday, and everything was set up and ready to go. Not that there was much to set up anyway.

Felix took care of the music, playing a playlist that Hyunjin carefully crafted for his special day. Jisung took care of the food, setting up chip flavors and popcorn in different bowls. Seungmin and Jeongin came over early too and they were hanging up the happy birthday sign over the couch on the wall. Lastly, Hyunjin was grabbing things like card games and the many bottles of soju he bought.

Minho was the first to arrive, along with Changbin and a few cases of beer.

"Jinnie, happy birthday" Minho exclaimed and went in for a hug.

"Thanks, Hyung, glad you could make it" Hyunjin replied.

"Happy birthday Hyunjin, It's from both of us" Changbin gave Hyunjin a small box, with what turned out to be a pair of earrings inside.

"Hyung, I love it. Thank you" Hyunjin went in for another hug just as the others started arriving. Said others horrified Felix so much so that he pulled the closest arm with him into the kitchen. Said arm happened to be Seungmin's.

"Why the fuck is my ex-boyfriend here, and with the guy he dumped me for" Felix whisper-yelled, breaths getting quicker in panic.

"They must be friends of Seonghwa's," Seungmin thought, just as Jisung walked by.

"I had no idea Seonghwa was friends with that Scumbag. I know of Yunho but your ex? are you gonna be ok?" Jisung asks, and Felix felt like he might throw up so all he did was shake his head.

"I wish I could ask him to leave but I told Seonghwa he could bring friends fuck" Jisung grabbed his head in frustration.

"Oh my god what do I do?" Felix literally had no idea how he was gonna face his ex after all these months.

"Ok first of all you need to breathe honey, everything is going to be alright you have us with you" Seungmin took Felix's shaking hands in his, watching as Felix took a deep breath to calm himself.

"There, better?"

"Almost" Felix went to the cabinet and pulled out a bottle of vodka, downing 2 shots in one go; "Now that's better, let's go party!"

The night started out slow, just listening to music and drinking casually. Felix was still sober enough to notice the way Changbin and Hyunjin were getting pretty close.

Hyunjin would giggle at something Changbin said, and Changbin would use that as an excuse to touch his shoulder or thigh or hold his hand. Hyunjin smiled, falling hard and not even knowing it yet.

Felix also made sure to stay away from his ex and his new bf as much as possible, but it turned out to be pretty easy considering they spent most of the night talking to Yunho, Seonghwa, and Chan. Seungmin was a little bummed that Yeosang got sick and wasn't able to come but after a few drinks he was fine and having a nice time with his friends.

"Dam is that your ex, must be harsh" Minho once again only needed to speak to ruin Felix's good mood. Felix took another swig of his wine before answering.

"Not tonight please, I'm already dealing with my ex I don't wanna deal with you too" Felix replied in a tone that made him sound defeated.

"What? I'm only stipulating that it must be harsh to be at a party your ex is attending" Minho had a smirk on his lips, indicating all things evil.

"so what you got any ex's or?" Felix spat a lot harsher than expected.

Minho just laughed a little. "Oh I've got ex's, there just not here."

It all changed once Hyunjin decided to play the first game, spin the bottle. Quite a hardcore game to start out with but Felix just figured he wanted a chance to kiss Changbin.

The birthday boy was the first to spin, and it landed on Jeongin much to Hyunjins disappointment, but they kissed anyway. Just a small peck before moving on. Yunho was next, and it landed on Minho, and for some reason, Minho felt like he had to look in Felix's direction before he kissed Yunho.

Felix stood up and went straight to his room, not even saying a word as Jisung tried to protest. There was no way in hell Felix would ever kiss Minho, he couldn't be paid enough!

"Are you ok?" Minho asked as he entered Felix's room, looking around for a moment as he had never been in Felix's room before.

Synopsis; After a long shift at work, you return home to see your boyfriend waiting for you.

You walked in the door, eyes low and energy lower. A 13 hour shift at work was to blame for your current state, and you wanted nothing more than several hours of sleep. 

You expected your boyfriend to be at work, a comeback was approaching and you were used to not seeing him for long periods of time. He was usually gone by early morning and wouldn’t return until at least midnight the next day.

However, you noticed his shoes were still there when you kicked yours off. This made you happy, it’s been a while since you spent a morning with your man.

You wanted to make breakfast together, then go back to the room and eat it in bed. Maybe turn on a movie or put on some music. Catch up with one another, and complain about the eventual parting of ways that would come sooner or later.

Yes, you wanted to do all of that, but you had no energy. You sluggishly walked up the stairs and into your bedroom. Hyunjin was sitting upright on the bed, staring into space with some RnB instrumentals Chan made playing in the background. 

You smiled at him, clearing your throat so he could snap out of his daze. He looked at you and a smile quickly formed on his face. Truthfully, he had been thinking about you. He was thinking of the past, present, and future with you. Marriage, a new house, some pets, and maybe some kids later on. 

He loves thinking about that stuff when you aren't home. It made him miss you even more than he already did. It gave him the strength to go about his day, just knowing he had you to look forward to.

You wanted to greet him, but you were too tired to even speak. He could sense this, and just patted the empty spot next to him.

You slowly walked over and took a seat. He happily pulled you into him, breathing in the mere scent of you. He swore you smelled like roses, sometimes lilacs, other times marigolds. 

You think he just loves you, and his love-ridden brain just thinks you smell like random flowers. 

Hyunjin, however, naturally smells good. He always smells fresh. It’s the type of scent that calms you, the type that helps you drift off into sleep.

That’s what you were doing now, slowly drifting away to your dreams. Dreams of Hyunjin, and your life together. 

Dreaming of the perfect, and the not so perfect. Dreaming of everything that reminds you of him.

He often wondered what you dreamt about, staring down at your face as you smile and quietly giggle in your slumber. He falls in love all over again when he sees you like this.

As you lay in his arms, you’re happy- even in slumber. He’s happy too, feeling his eye-lids start to get heavy.
