Since a lot of people here suddently stopped reblogging, here's a friendly reminder to reblog art/writing because in this way you can actually HELP artists/writers to get the stuff they post seen by others, letting them know what without taking away op's control on the post and

So please. PLEASE. Reblog art, reblog writing, it's full of small artists and authors here, who aren't going anywhere because people aren't reblogging anymore. Give artists and writers the occasion to grow, to become famous and bring happiness to others with their content. Because we put effort in what we do, and sometimes not getting any appreciation is very demotivating, and that could also bring someone to stop posting, y'know?

Reblogs make people who post original content feel valid, appreciated, supported. And people who reblog are a godsend.

And remember: ✨REBLOGS✨ and 💀REPOSTS💀 AREN'T THE SAME THING. Reblogging is good. Reposting is bad.

i forgot to share a cute tote bag i had gotten last weekend cos i promptly stuffed yarn and a new project in it asdkjlf

but i visited a smallish, nearby ren faire (it was more like a market but still cute) and found someone selling merch with art on it that had a really cute, vintage-y style/feel art style to it.

i'm really glad i found it and their shop bc their art is really cute ~

i refuse to share/show art on this website or any other that implements the usage of environment killing, resource wasting theftware (genai etc). artists and creatives work hard for their skills and deserve credit, compensation and respect. pick up a pencil and do the work if u want to be one of us.

i wanted to speak on this but i think i found/reblogged it when i was half asleep and about to go to bed.

if returning customers either one, think they're so special and valuable enough they're immune to price changes, i don't want 'em anyway. this business practice isn't a new concept ANYWHERE. i can't go to the grocery store today and say 'hey, i bought this box of cat food 4 years ago for half the price (which is true, my cats' food cost double now what it used to cost in 2020) and i'm a returning customer i should get this at the price it was 4 years ago'. creatives have to adjust their prices for inflation as well.

but two, returning customers should respect artists and be willing to pay more for the quality of art they're returning for in the first place? like, u liked my art so much before but ur not willing to pay a bit more for it now, even tho u know i'd provide timely, quality product again? kinda ick on u, art customer.

but also also, artists SHOULD be constantly adjusting their prices ANYWAY, inflation affecting their ability to continue a living off their art or not. as u continue learning, growing skill, becoming better at doing commissions, u SHOULD raise ur prices for being able to provide bigger and better art, quicker. that's VALUABLE.

anyways. if u hate artists, just say u hate artists. we need money to live, too. art is a luxury, not a necessity etc etc. there's plenty more clients out there who respect working creatives. move along and stop wasting everyone's time if ur not willing to support artists the way they should be.

Hey all! So while my job situation has gotten much better in the past few months, I’m still struggling a bit to make ends meet. To that end, I once again wanna promote my open commissions with a 15% discount offer from now until Nov 10th!

As a reminder, I’m happy to draw most things, while retaining right of refusal. While I’m most known(?) for Stardew Valley art, I’m active in many other fandoms including Magic: the Gathering, Doctor Who, Good Omens, etc, and even in fandoms I’m not active in I’d be willing to do the research for a commission and to expand my art skills. I’m also more than happy to do original character/property art, for non commercial purposes (and commercial, but that would require its own conversation separate from these commissions).

I can also draw comics on commission! Currently don’t have a set pricing chart for that but talk to me and we can work something out.

hello! i've got a lot of vet bills to pay for my cats so i'm tentatively opening private commissions to anyone interested. DM me if you have questions or a request! i don't have a professional sheet made up at the moment so please ask if you'd like examples. of course you've all seen my Futurama art, but I can draw OCs and other fandoms as well if you have references.

clean sketch single character - $50 CAD, +$10 per additional character, +5 for simple shading, +5 - 10 for a simple BG (like if you wanted someone sitting on a couch or on a bed, would have to work out cost re complexity)

flat colour (includes lineart)- $90, +$20 per additional character +$5-10 for a simple colour bg (just abstract shapes or something very simple, can show examples, price depends on complexity)

colour + shading - $100 depending on complexity +$25 per additional character +$5-10 for simple colour bg (abstract shapes or something very simple, same as flat colour)

Figured that since all I ever post about is my OCs, I’d might as well make a post explaining who tf at least my persona is.

Twi (pronounced “tw-ee”) is a male identifying gay fuckwad who uses he/him pronouns. He’s homosexual and aegosexual, meaning he experiences sexual attraction to other men but doesn’t feel the need to go through any sexual acts. He has ADHD and autism.

I mostly ever draw him as a seventeen year old, but that’s mostly just because I have no idea what he’d look like as an adult. Thinking of giving him a little bit of a gut and more body hair though.
