It just occurred to me how ironic it is that Izuna is so often included in the ‘village founders’ group. Like. He straight up told Hashirama: Fuck your healing, fuck you Senju, and fuck peace.
He would not be okay with being included in the least- I can hear him seething from beyond the grave-
I know Madara loved Izuna SO MUCH but they’re still brothers...can you imagine having fucking MADARA as an elder sibling? That shit sounds rough. He does the older-sibling lean and just snaps Izuna’s tiny little spine on accident.
Same vise versa too! Having Izuna as a younger brother? He has ‘Youre not my boss’ written all over him. I can HEAR him going ‘Dad said you have to give me a turn with the good practice dummy’.
I love how Izuna was on-screen for a total of like fifteen-twenty minutes but the fandom was like “No, no. That’s enough. We know all there is to know. He’s a brat. A lovable brat with a bad attitude.” even with so little context.
The issue is I want the clan (Specifically Shisui and Izumi) to be alive but I also want Itachi and Kisame to be partners. So. A small conflict of interest.
Idea I just had: Sasuke always having crows near him even though he doesn’t really pay them much mind. They for some reason refuse to leave him alone, and eventually, Sasuke gives up on shooing them. He doesn’t realize until much later that Itachi had left some of his birds behind to keep an eye on him.
I’ve finished with one of the twins.
I love making OC content (Cosplays, fanart, fanfic, etc) because it feels like I’m getting “Target practice” tattooed on my forehead. Especially OCs who have parents from the show.
The KisaIta and ItaIzu parts of my brain are at war with each other again.

In the Itachi Shinden novels Itachi mentions that his official documents were changed so that he was legally 13 when he was actually 12 (For ANBU Captain purposes) and like. How.
I understand the reasoning behind it but how would they keep that lie up? Especially with Sasuke or the people not familiar with Konoha’s underbelly. Was he just like ah yeah I know it seems like my birthday just passed but I swear it’s that time a year again. Wack. Anyway.
-Kisame keeps doing pushups in his and Itachi’s bedroom floor while Itachi is trying to sleep
I made the Akatsuki on the Sims and they’re all heathens.
-Deidara and Hidan keep stomping around the house cussing without prompt
-Hidan keeps pranking the toilet and and as such breaking it repetitively
-Sasori is just. Always sobbing in his bed.
-Kisame has set the house on fire multiple times
-Sasuke keeps visiting and Hidan is Mean to him

A little half-baked thought that pops in my head routinely and I find interesting to consider: Izuna reincarnating as Itachi.
Bc yknow. He died first so he's older + the strong affection they both have for their siblings + generally being Doomed By The Narrative. Izuna dying and his soul feeling just lost in it's second life, trying to take in the world around him and understand the point of it all. Then his brother reincarnating and it just clicking / filling a hole in his chest even though he has no idea why. And just. Izuna's soul's love for his brother surpassing the ties of hatered he had for the senju / would have had for the village in his past life.
But also just. How pissed he'd be if he saw his own second incarnation. And probably ready to yell to the heavens that he was right that pairing with the Senju would be a mistake for their clan. Maybe I'll bother actually thinking about the concept for more than 5 minutes at some point and write a fic but for now. I just need to put it out there bc I think it's neat to think about.
Tobirama, seeing the open and visible unconditional love of the Uchiha clan after being raised by Batsuma to keep all his feelings wrapped into a neat little ball in his stomach: I- hm. There's got to be a reasonable explanation for this. It's...ah, it's a curse, yes, of course. They're cursed with such strong emotions it rips through their resolve, destroying everything in their path without the ability to stop. Mhm. That's it.

Something I think about like. Once a week. Is that scene where Fugaku and Mikoto are leaving Itachi to babysit Sasuke for the night because they're going to "Visit Mikoto's parents"

Sure, if it was a decent enough trip maybe Itachi couldn't come because he had to be back in time for his mission the next morning but they couldn't have at least brought Sasuke?

Are the kids not welcome in their grandparents home? If not, why the hell not?? They're like the most well behaved, polite kids ever. Even when Sasuke is complaining / whining about not getting his way (which tbh is so fair for his age) he pretty much immediately drops it when he's told no beyond some mild pouting.
Like. What beef do their grandparents have with these two???
The usual explanation in that sort of sitation of "Oh well the grandparents don't like their daughters husband so by extension aren't attached to the grandkids" also hardly applies bc. Fugaku was invited over to visit???
I realize I'm probably reading way too far into a throw away one liner. But like. That scene always makes me want to do a double take every time I see it. It just pulls so many questions up that I realize aren't super relevant but also. I want to know the answer to.

I love fandom Izuna but every time I watch a scene where he's in it I'm like. Who is this. Who de-pazzazzed the boy. Who stole his sarcasm and attitude problems. Where's my prissy son.
