The two versions of Bright Eyes:

1) Post-turning Bright Eyes - Possibly depressed, possibly overjoyed at the idea of being a dead person, definitely a chaotic neutral entity who uses magic to make their irises shine like flashlights.

2) Bright Eye - They got into a fight with Fred. Their left eye is gone because Fred jammed something into their eyesocket during that fight and they couldn't get the thing out in time so their vampire healing healed all the areas around the wound but the eye will never recover. They're just Bright Eye now.
