I’ve been seeing so many people write long fics, like 10k+ words and that makes me SO happy

I’m seeing so many people starting a series and whatnot, and I’m SCREAMINGGGG

I just love seeing people create long writing projects because you can tell they really love to write and as the reader we get to spend so much time in the writer’s version of their world, their take on the characters, etc. AHHH

Ik shorter fics typically dominate note wise but to everyone writing fics that are 8K+ words, you’re killing it and you deserve the world and thank you for creating content!

OH and when people who are writing an entire series create cute masterlists for it? I LOVE IT

Anyway, don’t let anyone make you guys feel bad for writing long fics! Don’t feel the need to apologize for your word count! If you’re writing long fics or a series, that just means you love your story and don’t let anyone take that away from you or feel guilty about it OKAY? OKAY
