HENRY CAVILL. 38. aeron is the first and only child born of viserys i targaryens first and shortest marriage. his mother was lady mya westerling and she died birthing aeron as he came early and too quick. due to the hastiness of the marriage and the fact that he was born early and thus making it appear as though he was conceived out of wedlock (or perhaps by another?) — rumours began to crop up that aeron was a bastard. none of the rumours were true and half made no sense. however viserys could see the issue turning potentially deadly so he publicly naturalised his true-born son in infancy, effectively erasing him from the line of succession and aeron’s claim to the iron throne. in exchange, it would ensure aeron's safety and ensure his claim to the family name. it was a short time after that aeron’s father would wed lady aemma arryn who would raise aeron in a dynamic akin to a elder sister and maternal figure. fortunately, young aeron was more enamoured with stories of the lands beyond westeros and not the throne, so he never questioned or complained about his inability to inherit his fathers crown — aeron was barely fourteen when he officially set out from westeros to begin his exploration and mapping of the world but has returned throughout the years. his dragon is the female dusty-bronze hued sarrenax, and aeron works closely with the citadel in his role as an explorer and cartographer; he is well respected and regarded for this and is amongst the greatest explorers, and the greatest westerosi cartographer, of this age.

[house of the dragon] as a child she avoided being sold to a khalasar after her father moreo dagareo, a lysene gonfaloniere, died. now she is an accomplished lysene pillowhouse owner, with a strong yet covert anti-slavery campaign that she has been working on since she was relocated to myr for her safety. those in chains refer to her as (common tongue translation) the chain mother; owing to her 'coincidental' habit of seeking out and purchasing the most ill-treated or ill-fated slaves to bring into her manses. she is freely using her family name & wealth to garner military and political favour almost out of sheer spite of her brother, who still lives, whilst running two esteemed pillowhouses in lys, and one in myr to increase her wealth and ensure her finances remain strong as she does fear her brother will lash out even now. esryia will be around twenty-two years old at the beginning of the civil war breaks out in westeros, and around twenty-four when it concludes.

THEA SOFIE LOCH-NÆSS. 23. sometimes called ‘narra’ also known as ‘lady bone-hand’ & ‘the salt death’ — she is the secondborn of house drumm , the lords of the isle of old wyk. her ship is called the poison tide and she is named after high king regnar drumm, who was known as ‘raven-feeder’ & was the fourth high king of the iron islands.   her siblings are all named after famed ironborn heroes of old.  she is considered touched by the drowned god after regnarra threw herself to the waves in a contest of faith, drowned, and then was revived with the kiss of life, thrice.  serving as elected ritual executioner for house drumm in honour of the drowned god, regnarra considers herself to be an oracle of sorts after her triple-drowning and, whilst that is contested by some, she is undoubtedly highly regarded by religious ironborn — built on the foundation that house drumm is amongst the “holiest of the ironborn.” — cousin of wulffryd goodbrother.

MENG ZIYI. late 20s. born a slave, to a slave, in yukai she was another grain of sand in the millions that made up slavers bay. she spent almost thirteen years in yukai, and would have likely died there if not for tiathia having been born with the ability known as skinchanging. this ability lead to her becoming a  mother-like figure to two orphaned snakes; khiara and stonesnake, who  are still with her to this day as loyal companions, children and willing weapons. before could be assaulted she reacted in fear and caused the death of her master before fleeing for her life; it would take her several weeks of hiding, theft, strategy and lonely stowaway silence for tiathia to make it across the salt waters to westeros and create a new life. she now lives in kings landing, and has for almost ten years, where she has put her unique and confidential skillset to good use; a well-known and expensive whore, but also a debt collector for many of the brothelkeepers, with the assistance of her snake children to collect the dues or snuff out the criminals. tiathia speaks high and low valyrian, the common tongue and selective bits of the summer tongue. — occasional employer, and friend, of shadhi shadowcat. — longtime (decade-long) friend of errick farman.

VIVA BIANCA. 20s. vaelerys was born during the reign of her great-grandfather king jaehaerys targaryen. she was his firstborn great-grandchild, her name is a combination of two; in honour of both her great-grandfather jaehaerys, and her great-uncle (jaehaerys' youngest child) valerion who died before he reached his first nameday. her parents are prince laeron targaryen and lady athora celtigar, though she has one sibling, lord heir jael mooton, who is fourteen years her junior; her half-brother from her mothers second marriage to lord jordwyn mooton, and is their current heir by right of gender. vaelerys has always been enamored with the rich and majestic ancestry of house targaryen, and so is proud that she carried her ancestral name, it was commonly known that she hoped to marry for advantage rather than love, having always spoken about her desire to dwell in the red keep as a 'proper targaryen'. her wish was semi-granted in 107AC when she bonded with the she-dragon silverwing, the mount of her great-grandmother, and is the recent resent-filled spouse of lord murray tully of riverrun, a marriage of no love nor mutual respect and one she hopes to shed in due, opportune, time. timeline dependent age // targaryen dynasty era exclusive.

ALEXANDER DREYMON. 37. a lesser lord and knight of house redwyne of the arbour in the reach, vik is a third cousin once removed of the current lord redwyne of the arbor. he is an accomplished sailor and has sailed with the arbors fleet for several years, captaining a handful, and has his own vessel.   vik is often in the company of lord redwyne when he travels, and has become a semi-popular face at tourneys. with his father long deceased, vik has taken care of his sisters (all of whom are married now) and their mother who is ailing in health in her older years. vik would rather be at sea and only agreed to attend his cousin's side, and take a knighthood, for the extra financial assistance he’d receive, particularly as his mother now requires constant care. — game of thrones era connections; he is third-cousin, once removed, to lord paxter redwyne, and serves as his guard, he attends kings landing with him for house tyrell’s engagement with the crown; he is the one who granted (coerced) vik his knighthood for the financial support.

FABIEN FRANKEL. 20s. he was already serving as the ruling lord of karhold at the start of the dance. yoren is the direct descendent of the founder of their house, karlon stark. yoren became lord of karhold after his father, kerron karstark, suffered a horrible fall from his horse and sustained a level of paralysis. kerron became angry and resentful after his accident, lashing out at his family and, briefly (before he was removed from public), towards his men and people. he now keeps himself locked away in his room, seperate from his wife, and sees no one bar a maester and his servants. yoren was castellan for six years, and when he was twenty two, he officially took over rule from his father who hadn't been seen in several years. timeline dependent age. + [game of thrones.] he is YOREN SNOW; half-brother of lord heir harrion karstark, he is the bastard son of ruling lord rickard karstark and a reachborn whore by the name of lillian. he is not legitimised, but has grown up alongside his half-siblings and shares a distant but friendly enough relationship with them. his father is somewhat disconnected but has never treated him with cruelty, and the lady karstark has also been civil to him though he represents his fathers' affair. though yoren is treated akin to a fostered outsider, rather than a member of the family and his bastardy isn't often a joke; owing to the ire mentions of the affair elicit from lady karstark. called the grey son mainly due to his habit of wearing a neutral grey garb (armour, clothing, even his saddlebag and sheath are all shades of grey) & the grey of his sealskin pelted cloak, his half-brother and father had taken to wearing black chainmail, so this also made him stand out as the grey 'son', whilst also serving as a misnomer due to his bastardy. this colour motif originally stemmed from his wearing of harrion's hand-me-downs; they were often faded. timeline dependent age.
