Do Yall Ever Have Those Days Where You Just Eat And Eat Knowing You Shouldn't. Like I've Been Eating

Do yall ever have those days where you just eat and eat knowing you shouldn't. Like I've been eating alot for the past few days and I honestly can't stop. I'll be almost done with a fast and then I'll just break and eat a whole bunch of junk that I don't even need.

I wish I had self control and discipline.

I finished a 24 hour fast that was supposed to be a 48 hour fast (I changed it) and I ate a while bunch of fast food after and I sometimes feel like I just have a binge ED which makes me feel so worse cause why can't I have control over food? Why can't I look at food and just say no? Why can't I just ignore my hunger and actually finish my fast that I set instead of cutting down the hours?

It honestly gets on my nerves.

I hate the cycle of "Oh I'm actually gonna lock in tomorrow" cuz it's so annoying. Like if I actually wanted to lose weight I would've started by now but it's so hard to when your literally surrounded by food 24/7.

i want everyone to remember that its ok if you don't match with everyone else on here. it's ok if you:

don't reach 10-15k steps a day, or even 5k

don't drink diet sodas or monster energy

don't eat 500 c4ls and under every day, even 1000 is still a heavy r3strict!on

don't exercise every day

don't have 4n4, but a different kind of 3d

are disabled and can't exercise much or at all

still e4t sweets all the time

b'nge often

e4t a normal amount for a while and feel like you're faking your d!sord3r

don't count c4l0ries

don't measure your f00d

can't cook your me3ls so you can't count c4ls

don't e4t me3ls but instead small snacks

don't feel physically s'ck because you e4t small snacks often

don't f4st, or only fast for 10-12 hours

it's ok if you aren't the stereotypical 4n4. just because that's most of what you see on here, doesn't mean that's the only type of 3d. if your e4ting is dis0rdered, then you have an 3d. just because you don't completely ⭐️/ve doesn't mean you aren't valid.
