Boosting this because QBomb is a legit good band. Seriously, I’ve only been listening to them for a small while, and already they’ve become a staple in my playlists! Their sound is hard hitting, as hard as their lyrics, and their style and presentation is awesome!

I was just enjoying some QBomb and looked down to realize the song I was listening to only had SEVEN THOUSAND VIEWS ON YOUTUBE. LIKE WHAT. THEY'RE SO GOOD. HOW IS IT NOT IN THE MILLIONS.

So this is my official public service announcement to go check em out and enjoy some good alt rock. If you like rock music with punk vibes but a new and clean sound, QBomb is for you. Specifically their album HyperPunk is KILLER.

I enjoy the idea of paladin characters who, instead of adhering to their oath or faith like your bog-standard religious dogma that is law to them, decide to look at their oath and devotion as a more introspective set of ideals, not to be treated as the means of zealotry but as metaphor and allegory for a path of self improvement and realization of one’s belonging in the big picture.

It's okay to not know how to take care of yourself

Learning to take care of yourself is a skill, one that we often aren't taught as children. For example, I didn't know that procrastination didn't count as an effective rest until like 2 months ago. I also knew very little about nutrition until like a weeks ago (and I took hospitality in high school).

Self care is fucking hard and we need to give ourselves more credit for just /trying/. We're all learning at our own pace and there is no guide book on what self care you specifically need. You'll learn, we all do eventually. Unfortunately, it just takes time.
