Can you please explain what the signs should expect from Pisces season?
Sure! This season will be highly creative Iâd say! I will talk about the general vibe that all the sings can experience and maybe make a post on each rising sing if this works well!
Pisces season Feb 18-20 March
Pisces is the daydreamer of the zodiac, the hopeless romantic, the empath and the one that knows how to make their dreams come true. This season is great for getting your creative juices flowing, for investing and putting effort in a personal project or hobby that youâve been putting on hold. You might experience an avalanche of ideas or have vivid dreams and might be inclined to spirituality more this season. I would say itâs a great time to ask yourself what you heart most desires and use daily affirmations or journaling to manifest getting there. Itâs a great time for manifestation and pay attention to your dreams! Besides, you might feel overly emotional sometimes or a bit more dramatic or needing deeply to escape. Also, you might find yourself feeling zoned out and contemplating a lot. Take things as they come and just go with the flow, just like a fish.
Major events this pisces season
Mercury in Aquarius goes out of Retrograde on 21st of Feb
This is the end of a period where we might have experienced some slow down movement, maybe we experienced some trouble with technology or delays in our communication or in transportation. This was a great time of reflection and going within, a great time of double checking. Now, getting out of this energy will feel as if things are moving a bit faster and again this is a great energy shift that will promote healthy communication and creative endeavors. At the same time, this shift will make us more eager to speak up and since itâs during Pisces season - it will also give us the empathy we need to maybe speak up on some issues that have been bothering us, either globally or personally.
Venus enters Pisces on 25th of Feb
Along with Pisces season, having Venus in Pisces as well will definitely make us crave love, intimacy and dream of ideal partners or careers. This is great as long as we donât get swept off our feet long enough to go to the other extreme and take things quite personally out of being overly emotional or putting otherâs needs first in order to keep them close.
Full Moon in Virgo on 27th of Feb
Full moons are a great time of letting go. Thereâs a cycle that started last year in September with Virgo new moon and that will end now. Pay attention to the details of your life and how satisfied you are with them and let go of any worry or criticism that you might have acquired in the past months and focus on your qualities and how to us this Pisces season to flourish and bloom. Clean your space and plan for the next months ahead.
Mars enters Gemini on 3rd of March
This transit will also get thing flowing a bit more, since until now the planet was in Taurus, which taught us how to slow down again and how to asses before taking a decision, how to invest in things that matter and how to take time and relax. Mars going into Gemini will give us a bit more of a mental shift and will motivate us in our communication, in wanting to interact more with people, in wanting to learn new things and to pay attention to words, but also in wanting to multitask. Then again, this transit can give us a bit of a moody feel or make us get into verbal conflicts more and debates or wanting to jump from one thing to another out of lack of patience. This paired up with Pisces season might make us quite restless and impulsive in the things we say, but very motivated and inspired to start something new, to socialize or to invest in a hobby.
Heads up! Full Moon in 8 degrees of Virgo coming up on the 27th! đâď¸đ
Pay attention to what house or planets you have in Virgo, this is where you may experience endings or completion of what you started at the last new moon. Lets wrap up and review what weâve been doing for the last month. Let go of what no longer serves you.
Full moons can cause us to have extra fatigue or a splurge of extra energy. Sleeping issues can occur. Either too much sleeping or insomnia! Random moodiness. Weird events. People arent themselves. Theres something not quite right in the air... đł
Donât worry, these are the Universeâs energies here to aid you in what you have been focusing or working on.
You can feel the effects of full moons starting a week before a full moon and a week after for it to settle down. WE CANCERS WILL ALWAYS FEEL THE MOON TRANSITS THE HARDEST !!!
Mutable signs(sag, gemini, pisces, virgo) at up to 18 degrees will feel this the most!
Fixed signs (leo, scorpio, aqua, taurus) at 28-29 degrees will also feel it.

Thothâs Prophecy (Hermes/Mercury)
This is an ancient translation from a 4500 year old Hermetic Text thought to be written by Thoth, the Egyptian equivalent of Hermes and Mercury. They are all the same deity, just with different names that different cultures called them. I feel this poem is relevant.

âDo you not know, Asclepius, that Egypt is an image of heaven, or, to speak more exactly, in Egypt all the operations of the powers which rule and work in heaven are present in the earth below?
In fact, it should be said that the whole Cosmos dwells in this our land as in its sanctuary. And yet, since it is fitting that wise men should have knowledge of all events before they come to pass, you must not be left in ignorance of what I will now tell you: there will come a time when it will have been in vain that Egyptians have honoured the God head with heartfelt piety and service; and all our holy worship will be fruitless and ineffectual. The gods will return from earth to heaven.
Egypt will be forsaken, and the land which was once the home of religion will be left desolate, bereft of the presence of its deities.
O Egypt, Egypt, of thy religion nothing will remain but an empty tale, which thine own children in time to come will not believe; nothing will be left but graven words, and only the stones will tell of thy piety. And in that day men will be weary of life, and they will cease to think the universe worthy of reverent wonder and of worship. They will no longer love this world around us, this incomparable work of God, this glorious structure which he has built, this sum of good made up of many diverse forms, this instrument whereby the will of God operates in that which be has made, ungrudgingly favoring manâs welfare, this combination and accumulation of all the manifold things that call forth the veneration, praise, and love of the beholder.
Darkness will be preferred to light, and death will be thought more profitable than life; no one will raise his eyes to heaven; the pious will be deemed insane, and the impious wise; the madman will be thought a brave man, and the wicked will be esteemed as good. As for the soul, and the belief that it is immortal by nature, or may hope to attain to immortality, as I have taught you, all this they will mock and will even persuade themselves that it is false. No word of reverence or piety, no utterance worthy of heaven will be heard or believed.
And so, the gods will depart from mankind, a grievous thing!, and only evil angels will remain, who will mingle with men, and drive the poor wretches into all manner of reckless crime, into wars, and robberies, and frauds, and all things hostile to the nature of the soul. Then the earth will tremble and the sea will bear no ships; heaven will not support the stars in their orbits, all voices of the gods will be forced into silenced; the fruits of the earth will rot; the soil will turn barren, and the very air will sicken with sullen stagnation. All things will be disordered and awry; all good will disappear.
But when all this has befallen, Asclepius, then God the creator of all things, will look on that which has come to pass, and will stop the disorder by the counter force of his will, which is the good. He will call back to the right path those who have gone astray; he will cleanse the world of evil, washing it away with floods, burning it out with fiercest fire, and expelling it by war and pestilence. And thus he will bring back his world to its former aspect, so that the Cosmos will once more be deemed worthy of worship and wondering reverence, and God, the maker and maintainer of the mighty fabric, will be adored by the men of that day with continuous songs of praise and blessing.
Such is the new birth of the Cosmos; it is a making again of all things good, a holy and awe-inspiring restoration of all nature; and it is wrought inside the process of time by the eternal will of the creator.â
It is time for us to wake up to our ancient past.
Grounding Techniques
Mental Distraction Techniques
Pick a category of objects and try to think of as many objects as possible that fit within that category (e.g., types of dogs, cities, types of trees, crayon colors, sports)
Pick a letter and think of emotionally positive or neutral words that begin with that letter
Pick a color and look for things of that color. Notice differences in their exact shades
Say or think the alphabet backwards or alternate letters and numbers (A1, B2, C3, D4, etc)
Count backwards from 100 by 3s, 6s, or 7s or count up by prime numbers or perfect squares
Play âfizz-buzzâ with yourself. Begin counting to 100 (or over!), but replace any number that contains the number 5 or is a multiple of 5 with the word âfizzâ and any number that contains the number 7 or is a multiple of 7 with the word âbuzz.â For example, 1-15 would be â1, 2, 3, 4, fizz, 6, buzz, 8, 9, fizz, 11, 12, 13, buzz, fizz.â When you mess up, compliment yourself and start over
Think of the words to your favorite song or poem or think of facts related to a specific theme
Pick a word or your name and see how many other words you can make from the letters in it
Describe an every day event or process in great detail, listing all of the steps in order and as thoroughly as possible (e.g., how to cook a meal, how to get from your house to your place of work or school, how to do your favorite dance)
Read something technical or meant for children or read words backwards to focus on the process of reading and not the words
Watch a childrenâs television show or movie or watch cute or funny videos on Youtube; it might help to have a playlist already prepared for this
Look at a current news article that is not likely to be upsetting or distressing
Distract yourself with Tetris, Solitaire, Sudoku, word searches, or other puzzle games
Reorientation Techniques
Say or think to yourself: âMy name is _________. I am safe right now. I am _____ years old. I am currently at _____________. The date is _____________. If I need help, I am with ________/can call _________. Everything is going to be alright.â
List reaffirming statements (âI am fine. Everything is going to be okay. I am strong. I can handle this.â)
Ask yourself where you are, what day of the week it is, what day of the month it is, what month it is, what year it is, what season it is, how old you are, and other present-focused questions
Notice things in your surroundings that indicate to you that youâre safe or that youâre in the present (e.g., locks on your door, electronics that didnât exist when you were younger, the presence of trusted people, a phone so that you can call for help if you need it)
Describe your surroundings in detail, including sights (objects, textures, shapes, colors), sounds, smells, and temperature
Name five things that you see, four that you feel, three that you hear, and two that you smell or taste, and then name one good thing that you like about yourself
Pick four or five brightly colored objects that are easily visible and move your focus between them. Be sure to vary the order of your gaze and concentrate briefly on each one before moving to the next
Think about a fun time that you recently had with a friend or call that friend and ask them to talk about it with you
Sensory-Based Grounding Techniques
Run cool or warm (but not too cold or hot) water over your hands or take a cool or warm bath or shower
Spritz your face (with eyes closed), neck, arms, and hands with a fine water mist
Spray yourself with your favorite perfume and focus on the scent
Feel the weight of your body in your chair or on the floor and the weight of your clothing on your skin
Touch and hold objects around you. Compare the feel, weight, temperature, textures, colors, and materials
Keep a small object with you to touch or play with when you get triggered. Good examples include a smooth stone, a fidget toy, jewelry, or a tiny plushy
Bite into a lemon, orange, or lime, suck on a sour or minty candy or an ice cube, chew cinnamon-flavored gum, or put a few drops of Tabasco sauce on your tongue. Notice the flavor, scent, and texture
Eat something or drink warm tea, coffee, or hot chocolate, and describe to yourself the taste and texture in great detail
Place a cool wash cloth on your face or hold something cold like a can of soda
Listen to soothing or familiar music. If possible, dance to it
Hum, sing, recite poetry, or make up a silly poem or story as you go
Pick up a book and read the first paragraph out loud
Hug another person (if interpersonal touch isnât a trigger). Pay attention to your own pressure and the physical sensations of doing so
Hug a tree! Register the smells of being outside, the wind, and the sights around you
Movement-Based Grounding Techniques
Breathe deeply and slowly and count your breaths
Grab tightly onto your chair or press your feet against the ground as firmly as you can
Rub your palms and clap your hands or wiggle your toes within your socks. Pay attention to the physical sensation of doing so
Stretch out your arms or legs, roll your head on your neck, or clench and unclench your fists
Stomp your feet, walk around, run, jump, ride a bike, do jumping jacks, or do yoga
While walking, notice each footstep and say to yourself ârightâ and âleftâ to correspond with the foot currently moving
Squeeze a pillow, stuffed animal, or ball
If you have a soft pet (dog or cat), brush its fur and stroke it. If you donât, brush your own hair slowly and without pulling too much
Color in an adult coloring book, finger paint, or draw anything that comes to mind without worrying about quality
Write whatever comes to mind even if itâs nonsense. Try not to write about whatever is upsetting you until youâre more capable of doing so without increasing the upset
Write a list of things that make you happy or look for cheerful pictures to make into a collage
Pop bubble wrap or blow and pop actual bubbles
Dig in the dirt or garden, jump on a pile of leaves, or splash around in puddles or mud
Rip up paper or stomp on aluminum cans to crush them
Imagery Techniques
Picture yourself breathing in relaxation, calm, positive feelings, or strength. Picture yourself breathing out whatever is upsetting you. It may help to pair this with imagery of breathing in soothing colors (usually blue, purple, or green) and out more intense colors (usually red or black)
If you need to relax, envision a soothing white or golden light slowly moving up your body, warming and relaxing every part of you that it touches. You can also think of it as protecting you from negativity or from harm
If the problem is intense or uncomfortable emotions, physical sensations, or memories, picture them being surrounded and neutralized by a bright and healing light, temporarily placed in a mental box to be stored for later, or dialed back by an internal controller of intensity
If you have a clear mental picture of whatâs upsetting you, mentally change it to something silly or harmless. If youâre a fan of Harry Potter, cast a mental âriddikulusâ to banish the negativity
Picture yourself calm, focused, and able to tackle whatever problems youâre facing. Focus on how that would feel in the moment. What would your expression and posture be like? Make whatever changes you need to in order to make your reality reflect your goal
How to Make a Grounding Box
Get a box or basket
Personalize and decorate it with construction paper, wrapping paper, ribbon, stickers, drawings, paint, photographs, glitter, sequins, or anything else that you like
Keep within it:
A list of grounding techniques that you know work for you
A list of positive affirmations and happy memories
A list of the contact information of trusted friends or family who are willing to help and support you
Small sensory objects such as: scented candles, perfumes, or lotions; hard candies or gum; soft fabrics, a stress ball, a stuffed animal, or a fidget toy; happy pictures of you with friends; a CD with relaxing music or meditation tracks. Try to cover all of the senses
A list of possible distractions such as books to read or movies to watch
Small portable distractions such as a pack of playing cards, a small game, or a joke book
A list of comforting things to do such as taking a bubble bath, snuggling up in bed, or meditating
A small journal or notebook
In the Case of a Flashback
Tell yourself that you are having a flashback and are safe now
Remind yourself that the worst is over, and you survived it. What youâre feeling now is just a reminder of that trauma and does not fit the present moment
Remind yourself of when and where you are, who youâre currently with, and who you can contact if you need help (use the reorientation-focused grounding techniques)
Breathe deeply and slowly. Count your breathes and make sure that youâre getting enough air
Use other mental, sensory, movement, and imagery techniques in order to distract yourself, calm yourself, and reorient yourself within the present
If possible or necessary, go somewhere where you can be alone or with a close friend, where you will feel safe, or where you feel protected or shielded
If there is anyone who you can trust or who will support you, reach out to them, let them know what happened, and let them know what you need, what would be best for you, or what they could do to help
Be gentle with yourself and take the time to really recover. If what helps you to recover is to color, take a bubble bath, hug a stuffed animal, or watch a childrenâs movie and if it would not be disruptive to do such things at that point in time, embrace those options whole-heartedly
If possible, note or write down what triggered the flashback, what techniques you tried to use to disrupt the flashback, and what techniques helped
Mercury goes direct
⧠20 February 2021
Mercury just stationed direct in Aquarius. It is now entering its shadow period, which will last until March 13th.
This Mercury Retrograde was meant to nudge us towards reflecting on our lives. We were supposed to slow down and evaluate what needs to change. If you havenât already done that, you still have time.Â
I recommend being very mindful of your daily habits and the way you communicate your emotions and opinions to others.
If you would like to let go of something, the Virgo Full Moon coming up on February 27th brings you an amazing time to do so. Before that, really focus on what you want to get rid off and write it down to prepare.
Like I mentioned in one of my previous posts, Pisces season marks the time of closure. Make sure you enter the new cycle on a positive note and leave everything toxic behind.
happy pisces season. remember you can gaslite yourself. trust your intuition when something doesnât feel right. making decisions based off emotion is not irrational. but also donât forget to ground yourself. love everyone. goodnight.

College witchcraft
Itâs not easy because I donât always have the energy. But I try to make the little things I do magical. So here are some of the things I do when Iâm tired and low on energy:
â˘Doing shower spells with a homemade coconut sugar scrub.
â˘clearing out bad energy with an incense or just burning it because it relaxes me
â˘turning on my himalayan salt lamp and putting my hands above the soft glow of light
â˘crying because emotional blockages
â˘stretching to release pent up energy from my body that causes harmful tension to my muscles
â˘reading a poem and attaching a manifestation spell at the end
â˘cooking up food in my crockpot and stirring it like the delicious cauldron it is
â˘art: infusing color magic into your artwork
â˘meditation: which honestly is mostly me laying on the floor on my yoga mat with a few crystals of my choice because I got stressed out.
â˘talking to the moon đ because she is beautiful and always there protecting me and supporting me.
It doesnât have to be something big always. Just attach your own magical intentions and go with the flow.âď¸
Birdie's Sleep Crystal Spell
This is a simple spell Iâve been doing every night to give me interesting dreams and a restful sleep. It works wonders!

You will need:
âď¸ an amethyst crystal/any crystal or stone you associate with sleep and restfulness
âď¸ a window that shows the sky
Turn all the lights off in your room and hold the crystal up to the window. Look at the sky and your crystal and ask your intent either out loud or mentally, such as âgive me a sweet and restful sleepâ or âgive me fun dreamsâ.
When you feel that your crystal has been charged with that intent, seal the spell by kissing the crystal and go to bed. Place the crystal under your pillow for your night to be as you asked of it!
Sweet dreams!
Yoga witchcraft tipsđ

đbefore you start, spray your yoga mat with essential oils (orange, lavender, grapefruit and mint are great)
âď¸put your favorite crystals around your mat, especially any crystals that are good for relaxation or balance
đlisten to soothing nature sounds (like ocean waves, forest, campfire, thunder, etc.) to help you focus and ground
âď¸make yoga spells by combining certain positions with intent (sun salutations and tree pose for confidence and happiness, cobra and warrior for warding and banishment, etc.)
đdo some tea, infused water, or smoothie magic before you start. This works great in combination with the yoga spells since you can match intent (and strengthen the spell)
âď¸you could also make whatever you drink (or eat) before yoga correspond with energy (cinnamon, ginger, strawberry, French lavender, apple, rosemary, and citrus fruits are great energy boosters)
đdo some yoga with your plant babies! Place your plant near your mat, as you breathe and stretch your plant will absorb the energy. It also will help you ground and meditate. (Just make sure you donât accidently knock them over)
âď¸light some incense or a candle (it can correspond with your yoga spell, cleanse the air, or just relax you)
đdo some divination! (E.g. a tarot reading in childâs pose, pendulum in lotus position, etc.)
Tip for witches with anxiety
I have a hard time discerning when my anxiety is acting up and when my intuition is telling me something. This is just how I help myself tell the difference.
Anxiety is moreâŚpulse racing, shaky feelings. Itâll go âsomethingâs wrong!!â But wonât say what. When I try to figure out whatâs wrong so I can do something, nine times out of ten itâs something Iâm already anxious about.
Intuition is more of a gut feeling. I feel it less whole-body and more in my chest/stomach area. If it says âsomethingâs wrongâ and I ask âwhat?â Intuition will tell me âthat energy in the corner is offâ or âyou need to sit down and meditate/divine about it.â Intuition tells me whatâs going on (not always that something is wrong) and gives me an inkling of what to do about it.
Anxiety is more âimpending disasterâ and intuition is more of a call to pay attention. Itâs not a foolproof method. Iâve definitely had intuition tell me that something is impending and wrong (but still gave me a hint of how to fix it) and Iâve had anxiety keep me aware of things to where Iâm more cautious about things.
But overall, this is how I tend to discern if itâs my anxiety or my intuition. Also, I have a pretty big tendency to confirm things with my pendulum, even just asking âis this my anxiety?â It can be handy to have that around in order to help figure out if youâre really being intuitive or just anxious.

Statue of the goddess Aphrodite (Venus) bathing in the garden of the Royal Palace: Caserta, Italy.

My first ever spell jar!
A Basic Home Protection jar
In order from top to bottom:
Crushed Egg Shells- to protect and allow growth within
Salt- to absorb negative energy
Black Pepper- to protect and banish negativity
Garlic Powder- to protect and strengthen
Basil- to protect and keep peace
Crushed Egg Shells- to protect and allow growth within
Each ingredient is given intent before added to the jar, and then sealed off with a white candle to exorcise negativity, and to promote peace and protection. I did the wax sealing by lighting a long candle, and letting it drip wax onto the lid (I had the jar sitting on a paper plate to avoid a mess), and then I let it sit until the wax cooled.Â
I wanted my first spell jar to be something to protect my home and those that I love within, and after researching I found that the basic protection based ingredients could be found within my kitchen cabinet!Â
*Side note: The crushed egg shells can be added to a garden or potted plant as a natural fertilizer to help promote growth!
Simple Full Moon Ritual!
âď¸đđŻâ¨đđđâ¨đŻđâď¸
This is a very simple, yet effective, little ritual that any witch can partake in! It may serve especially well for those who may not have many tools/the privacy needed to perform a more âelaborateâ practice during the full moon, or witches who donât have a lot of time.
1). Take a moment to write a list of things that no longer serve you in your life. (This could be bad habits, relationships, jobs, additions, etc⌠Anything that you feel is no longer beneficial to the well-being of your mind, body, and soul).
2). Fold up your list and take it outside. Look up at the moon. (Isnât she beautiful?) Now is the time to read your list to her!
3). Once you have finished reading your list, burn it (safely, of course). Let the ashes of your paper drift away; as you do, visualize your problems flowing out of your life, no longer existing. (Other options: bury the paper ashes, or just throw the remains away).
4). Thank the moon for her time (and the universe, as well. âĄ)
What to ask tarot
So tarot card questions are actually a lot different than asking a specific question. You wouldnât say, for example, âIs my dad going to graduate?â because if you got the 3 of cups, you would be utterly confused as to why I did not provide a yes or a no. So below I am going to list questions that are good to ask the cards.Â
⢠Iâm at a fork in the road. Which way should I go?
⢠How do I weigh out the choices I have? What are the Pros and Cons?
⢠What do I need to know to make the best decision? What do I need to know?
⢠What do I need to know about a situation with a family member?
⢠What do I need to know about my love life?
⢠What do I need to know about my career?
Moving forward
⢠How do I move forward in my career?
⢠How do I move forward in my relationship/ love life?
⢠What is coming forth in my life?
⢠Which foundation is the strongest to build on in my life?
* What should I do?
⢠What should/ shouldnât I do about a situation with my job?
⢠What should/ shouldnât I do about a situation with a friend or family member?
⢠How can I restore my hope for the future?
⢠What overall positives do I bring to my life?
⢠What positives do the people in my life provide me?
⢠Is there meaning in my life?
⢠Is there love in my life? Hidden Elements
⢠Are there things I am ignoring that are important?
⢠What am I not seeing?
⢠What is holding me back?
⢠Are there truths that I am denying?
⢠Are there things that I see that are untrue?
⢠What important things have I forgotten?
⢠What could get in my way?
⢠What is most important for me to get done?
⢠How will a certain occasion or event turn out?
⢠What will be the best way for me to communicate with certain people?
⢠What should I learn from my past?
⢠What is the impending future telling me?
⢠What cycles am I stuck in?
⢠What have a learned from my past?
⢠Where am I strongest?
