How to make blingees nowadays
So as you may all know the blingee site doesn't work anymore. However, fear not. A way to make blingee styled gifs and images is by using picsart. There is a way on the app to make your pics into the way we loved blingee.
1: after you have downloaded the app, opened it and made your account, select the puple plus sign where you can edit pictures, videos or make collages.
Select your image of choice.
2: the brushes tool is the first most important feature to make your blingee. The ones where the stars dissipate is the best.

Here are my favourites.
3: after you've glitter edited with your brush tool, you then can use the stickers tool and use that for adding pictures of things like blood, sanrio, chains, emo, scene, prep [🤮] and just about any aesthetic you wish.
Heres what I decided to add.

4: once you are happy with the outcome of the sticker edits, you can then make it into a gif. To do that you click the arrow at the right hand side of the screen. Once you do that you're faced with a screen to post, share or save but at the preview of your edit, there is a play button that says "gif" where you can make your picture edit into a gif. You can then go in and change the speed settings of your gif. I prefer between .1-.4 speed.

Here is the finished out come:
