It seems like your heart is in the right place but if you force someone out of their comfort zone it can cause damage to them, just like how if you were trying to make someone strong you wouldn't have them lift 100 lbs right away, you just shouldn't push him too hard yknow? Harder to treat trauma than muscle strains
