Man, I remember someone on twitter saying that this image sums up their friendship perfectly well. Let's talk about that.

On Twitter @specterlobo already stated that Shirakumo pulls Aizawa along while Yamada pushes him from behind, clearly worded in the main manga and vigilantes series.

But like there's also focus. In the Kurogiri arc we see Aizawa focusing more on Oboro and trying to bring him back- or get more information as someone who idolized him and felt extreme guilt for what happened- Aizawa follows Oboro.

Yamada however clearly focused more on Aizawa which went mostly unnoticed (cause Yamada's BEHIND HIM), comforting and defending him as Aizawa continued to put his mind onto- really, the past. Yamada follows Aizawa.

But yknow what?

This dynamic changed. Even if just for a little bit.

Im going to add one more idea onto this. You're free to use it cause IDK if I can do a design like this

He has no eyelids, like the other Nomu designs. Instead his eye can open horizontally revealing a mouth underneath. As if the eye were lips. He moisturizes his eye with his tongue

I keep playing with ideas for nomu mic, here are my faves

Mouths everywhere- any cuts or wounds he gets heal via growing a new mouth. Scars heal into permanent mouths and will shrink as the scars fade, small wounds heal almost instantly unless mic intentionally keeps them around as additional mouths, but this increases the risk of these wounds scarring and lasting for longer. He kept growing after nomufication so he's an adult. Additional quirks such as warp gate or a mythical siren effect, activ a ted by his screaming

His face lifts up at the jawbone ala steven universe fusions, but he died died as a teen and so his face is still that of a teen, good for rooftop gang centered horror and angst purposes. Additional quirk of warp gate, activated by his screaming

I saw this one in a fic and I forgot who the author is/what fic it is, but his entire body is obscured like kurogiri's, but instead of mist its static like from a TV, accompanied by the static sound ofc

He glows like the og quirk baby, but he also has an energy vampire type of quirk. He's meant to be a flash bomb nomu, his quirks work to blind, deafen, confuse, and drain the energy of his enemies. When he doesnt want to blind his allies or when his own energy is drained, he becomes a light sink and kinda resembles kurogiri.

He looks like a normal person, but he has a mental quirk where he can use his voice quirk in someone's mind- aka he can just kill people with his mind, but the last thing they think they hear is his deafening screams
