• i'm constantly in different mental shifts , most of the time it's a chara or emalf shifts . they change like once or twice a week but sometimes i have a gigantic mentam shift to one of my kintypes and it's like a month long ..

• i most of my involuntary phantom shifts are emalf shifts , i feel my claws a lot . and my ears , but mostly claws . i can also indulce phantom shifts , usually tails or horns .. but i've never had a phantom shift to rookie or cipher , not yet at least

• other type of phantom shift i kinda feel is my eyes ? my eye color changes .. a lot , but it's very subtle , since the eye structure doesn't change too much .. it's still weird when i look at a mirror :/

• i know i had like .. one dream shift ? but i don't remember when or who it was , it could have been a weird dream too idk

How often do you have shifts, and what sorts?

I have recurring involuntary phantom shifts, and intermittent mental shifts that are usually triggered! I also can induce phantom shifts p easily. I've only had a dream shift MAYBE once. I've also had some really intense phantom shifts that make it feel like my joints are popping into place like I'm TFing, but that's happened like, twice.
