Hi, I love your interactive fiction so much. Finn reminds me so much of one of my ROs from my Interactive Fiction and it makes me giggle like an idiot every time. I just wanted to ask, sorry if this has already been asked, but on the topic of Eirik, is it normal for royals or even people in your world to marry family members? I just wanted to ask because throughout our own history it was seen as completely normal, especially in Scottish and English culture, so I just wanted to know in your fantasy world if the MC will be shunned or people disgusted not because of who Eirik is but because he is their cousin.

Anyway, the main setting of the game takes loose inspiration from different european monarchies so consanguine marriage are normal, especially if its a mean to consolidate a line of succession and power to the upper class and/or family. It's the main reason I allowed Eirik to be an RO. :) Eirik is a hard character to justify as an RO without some sort of plausible foundation outside of just 'feelings.'

So I really like this so far but... I'm doing everything to be stoic and indifferent and i'm just not getting that vibe. MC described stoic as being distant (Yet doesn't act as someone who is distant without us having to choose it every time). We know that With stoicism people don't show much emotion or facial expressions, they basically keep both of those things in check and close to their chest at all times, regardless of how they feel on the inside; and on the rare occasion that they do show any, it's dry in nature. Leveled not really allowing a person to gauge the true Feeling behind the person's words, right? Basically detached.

Indifferent- We know of course, is not caring one way or the other . No emotions needed because you simply don't care enough to waste energy on the topic or situation...it's like Eh, whatever. This is Another form of being detached.

Basically MC seems to be a tad bit the opposite. Which isn't an issue per say but it def breaks immersion when you're going for a specific personality.

Like being outright comforting, caring etc. Those feelings could 100% be there when writing an MC who is stoic or indifferent but they'd do it in a more subdued way. More straight-faced or nonchalant. This is in reference to how MC seems to be okay with using comforting words and gestures(like touch) which is more the line of a friendly individual. Lol Not someone who was indifferent about their mothers death and didn't even want their own friend hugging them low-key.

Okay, sorry for that whole Novel. I hope it doesn't ruin your mood or anything. I definitely don't want that. I just thought maybe pointing it out now, you could add more stoic and indifferent behavior(for those with higher stats in that area), in the natural and linear interactions of the story in the future updates.

Either way I'm loving the story so far, I really like Tai but i'm purposely keeping my distance for now Lol.😅

Hi! Yes, I completely know what you mean, and this is something that my beta tester has also pointed out, and I completely understand where you are coming from. I do plan to make more stoic and indifferent choices in the writing if you were to choose stoic, where instead of voicing your concerns, you will be having more of a conversation in your own head. Where the MC will hide their emotions more.

These calming and socializing activities are a strange but pleasant change for Mauthak. Yes, he is willing to do so since he likes the opportunity to finally discover how to express his own emotions. Despite his lack of reading skills and being a little clusmy, he would be more than happy to share stories about his folks and nation with you.

Secret is a bit too energetic and hyperbolic to sit quietly for you to lie on their lap. I'm sure they would try, but in the end, they would ask you questions about the world they never get to see and drag you along on an exploratory excursion in a flower field or up on a tree to collect the juiciest fruit they can acquire.

I do hope that everything works out and that people get their head out of their butts. The Palestine culture needs to be guarded and secured with all its people.

No pressure but I am headcanoning in my head and vamp MC's kid and Werewolves MC's kid get together in the future. Ahhhh it's just so cute to me!!! 😆😆😆

My plan is to neither confirm nor deny whether or not Blood Moon MC has had children or not. I want players to be able to headcanon whichever outcome they prefer.

You can headcanon futures too. Have fun! Though, if you headcanon Blood-Moon-MC's-kid hooking up with Thicker-Than-MC's-kid and are picturing them having kids then those grandkids would have a 50% shot at being werewolves... while also having a vampire lord for a grandparent... and I kinda love the mess that that is.
