I believe our first F word would not be food, as food is also incorrectly rated. It is my understanding that lions do not eat squirrels between meals. Have you ever seen a fat, sorry body-positive lion in the wild?

Oh, and another thing! It doesn't matter which weight class you're into – just remember that there's a big risk at both ends of the spectrum.
