Hey, it's not his fault that so many talented orphans cross his path, what's he supposed to do? Leave them where he found them? Ridiculous! What if some creep gets ahold of them? Or they run out of food... Or what if they get even sadder!? No, no. It's much more practical for Orochimaru to just take them home himself. That way he won't worry about them.
He's hardly even allowed to leave the village anymore due to this habit and Sarutobi is at his wit's end with all the paperwork it creates.
The Third: Seriously Orochimaru!? You can't keep doing this!
