SYNOPSIS. not everyone is good at playing obby’s on roblox, and you’re no exception to this rule: after a particularly nasty encounter with another player on roblox’s altitorture, you log into twitter only to find out that the very same player who publicly dunked on your gaming skills turns out to be anton lee, a well-known streamer who also happens to be a friend of a friend. fed up with his fans bombarding your dms with teasing remarks or jealous musings, you decide to end it once and for all by appearing on his next stream with a promise to get through an obby successfully. however, you realize that the only thing you’ll be successful at is falling for anton lee instead.

the transition from carmy being the one learning alongside luca while working under chef terry to him being the one giving orders to his peers including luca is so bittersweet, you really start to understand their friendly rivalry and why so many people are inspired by him, his work ethic alone in this first episode is so beautiful and such a fun watch overall

hi cae !! yes I’ve read tokrev too many times to count hehe, it’s been my favorite manga/anime since I started reading it back when I was in like high school I think! some other mangas I keep up with? hmm I’ll be honest, I haven’t kept up with many because of uni BUT I love soul eater (it’s my all time favorite anime & I have a tattoo of it), I haven’t read part two but chainsaw man is one I’ve been reading for a long time, jjk’s manga I’ve read a bit of but I’m not caught up with the anime unfortunately, and I really want to read/watch blue lock!
