HOLY MOTHER OF SHIT. I just binge watched the entire season. I’m sobbing. The whole thing between the shop keepers and Gabriel and Beelzebub seemed to me like parallels of Crowley and Aziraphale. The contrasting demeanors inevitably falling for one another. And the kiss at the end between Crowley and Aziraphale made me want to sob. This season was beautiful.

the actors were beautiful, the scenes were beautiful, everything was amazing!!

Edward

Edward is actually not a new character concept, but this is the first time he’s been actually talked about. 

Edward is Asmodeus’s human husband. He was born in the 1800s. He was never religious and could see through the fog of inhuman and human.

In his mid twenties he met a person. Their appearance never changed but everyone thought it did. He tried telling people how they looked but no one believed him. 

Eventually Edward went up to the person. He asked the person why the fuck this was happening and the person just laughed. 

“How interesting” the person mused. The person began to explain themselves. A demon of love and lust. The fog. Everything. 

Edward wanted to know more. Thus, he asked Asmodeus to have dinner, starting a relationship that would last an eternity. 

Asmodeus’s father, Lucifer, never really like Edward but either way a wedding happened. Edward was granted a spot in hell's hierarchy when his time on earth was deemed to be up.
