The tags make a great addition. Like, there's certainly a lot I don't like about how some folks portray some characters, but people having different opinions is inevitable, so I pay no mind. I just frown and move on. It's not the end of the world, even if it is a bit upsetting.

If someone's portrayal of a character hurts no one, then hurting them for it is hypocritical.

If something is REALLY wrong, like actually wrong in a way that targets or otherwise hurts someone irl, then report it. Don't harass them, just report. And maybe put a suggestion for others to report it too in the comments section.
