*Hivcup casually carrying the unconscious hunter by the collar looking unimpressed* : When I told you to knock him down I meant knock him unconscious. Not off the ship!

*Astrid stretches her arms cracking her fingers whistling for Stormfly, semirking at her man* : you did knock him out In the end didnt you?

*Hiccup drops the hunter on the deck crossing his arms raising an eyebrow at her*: whaddya think?

I think if the rating was upped to PG /PG13 and the episode were a bit longer like 30m/episodes we would have gotten so much missed out content of our riders just being badass, seeing actual whoooumps, and a legit Hiccstrid make-out or two [like the closest we got was the Mi Amore Wing and KoD pt2 snippet]. Like they are 18-20 and unsupervised. The creators had the perfect opportunity to unleash the gang battle dynamics even more. Gosh danggit. 🤦‍♀️

Another Hiccstrid Headcanons where Astrid always leans into Hiccup liking his clean scent of dew from the clouds after his flight with Toothless, or his bitter musty and metallic scent of soot and metal whenever he's in the forge tinkering. It reminds Astrid of comfort and I'm pretty sure Astrid and Toothless' sudden hugs are the ones Hiccup doesn't turn down or tries to escape from.

“Thank you?” B chuckled not quite sure if it was a compliment.

A’s arms tightened around B as the two stood there hugging, A wishing B would stay and B secretly wishing to never leave A’s grasp.

Y'all know hiccup is no idiot with a sword. And he has a fire sword of all things. He can kick ass too. That's just sexy. Y'know what else is sexy? Hiccup being an inventor figuring out the theories.

Imagine: Late evening at the edge with only a few lanterns lighting up his hut. Hiccup concentrating on calculations and designs of his upcoming inventions with blueprints, notes, plans and homemade stencils and geometric sets spread covering his workspace as he sketches the unfinished final product of his makings imagining the proportions. Imagine him with his tongue between his teeth and lips by habit and him twirling that thordamned charcoal stick in so many ways unaware of him even doing it, moving it between his fingers in quick accurate flicks. And his green eyes are sharp and calculative, eyebrows furrowed and legs spread apart in a comfortable dominant position concentrating over his work desk.

But like on a stool/chair. A better would be the triple cross ep scene where viggo tricks hiccup that he poisons toothless. But I couldn't find that image.

I mean I always crushed on skinny guys with freckles so Hiccup was 👌👌👌

I know a lot of us on here call Hiccup attractive, and he is! What I find super great about this is that he’s not necessarily conventionally attractive or attractive by any set standards of masculinity.

What conventional standards of attractiveness would consider to be Hiccup’s physical flaws:

His weight. He really is pretty skinny.

Hair is usually somewhat of a mess

Big nose

Big ears

Teeth have a gap in the front

Not noticeably muscular

Nasally voice

What’s great is that these so-called “flaws” can actually be considered endearing, cute, attractive, etc. Hiccup is human, and hence not perfect, but his imperfection does not make him lack in perceived attractiveness. Despite this list of imperfections, much of the fandom still finds him attractive. Even other characters consider him attractive!

Basically, what I’m trying to say is that it’s fantastic that so many people see a physically imperfect character as attractive.
