Reading fanfic these days is so difficult because it’s almost all smut, you don’t have to really be that creative to get popular you just need to write some gross kinky shit and boom you’re top of the tag.

Not dissing people who like to read/write this stuff it’s just frustrating to try and get a story with a fun plot these days

Ao3 tagging is so broken because why are people labeling dead dove fics under teen/mature??

I thought it was a universal thing that dead dove was explicit no matter what type of gross stuff is in the fic

(The only reason I’m talking ab this is cus I have my Ao3 filtered so I don’t have to see dead dove/get triggered by reading the descriptions)

This is probably me being sensitive but it genuinely pisses me off that when I am being kind and explaining things you can EASILY search up I get yelled at because I called the trend what literally EVERYONE has been calling it
