An Actress life - Chapter 1

A/N: please excuse this bc I wrote this story like two years ago, so it might be different to the works I write now lol sksksks maybe you still enjoy it. 

PS: this was my first fan fiction ever!!!

Chapter one 

word count: 1,252 words

It is the last day on set of the tv show you have played in for 7 years. You're a bit sad about that, that it has ended. But you're also happy, because the last 3 years weren't that easy. The crew sucked sometimes and the most members of the cast didn't understand any jokes, they were serious about everything all the time. You didn't enjoy going to work, you always thought being an actress would be rather cool, it is, but at this set you haven't felt like that. This tv show has showed you the negative aspects of being an actress. On the other hand you are thankful for this time, because of this show you met your best friend Gen.

 You know her since the show has started that means for seven years and you are thankful that you are allowed to call her your best friend. She is so adorable and you love her. And because of you she is married to Jared Padalecki, why because of you? Because in 2009 you filmed 'Friday the 13th' with him, although you were in your show you managed doing both. So that you and Jared worked together,  got along very well and hung around a lot, you introduced the two with each other. One day you took Gen to a bar, where Jared and other people from the crew and cast were. They also got along quickly and went on dates but maybe you weren't the single reason why they've married. 

Gen got a small part in Supernatural where Jared has a main part as Sam Winchester. You remember like it was yesterday when they have called her, in this moment you were sitting in a tiny coffee shop, talking about everything and then she got this call. She screamed so loudly, everyone was looking at you like you two would be crazy.  But yeah that's how they met first, because of you. When they married you were her maid of honour, you felt honoured, since you two didn't know each other rather long when she chose you. Their wedding was a dream, everything seemed perfect. She looked amazing, indescribable more than words can say.

 Okay, enough story telling of your best friend's life. Your love life isn't that exciting right now you are single for two years, because your ex boyfriend has cheated on you when you were shooting for your tv show. That has happened 1 year after Gen and Jared's wedding. You two were 6 months in a relationship, so it was not that hard, like the relationship you had before. Enough of your past life. Right now you are in your hometown Austin to visit your parents, you haven't seen them for weeks even months. Your mum told you to visit her and your stepfather, because some of your family from Poland is there and you have missed them a lot.

 You knock at the door and your mum opens it, full of happiness to see you, you breath out of relief, because you thought she would be really angry with you. You go through the door to say hello to the rest of your family. You all sit down to the table where the food is already waiting for all of you. Polish food. You love it. You eat one bite and you feel like you are in heaven, because it tastes so good. Then you suddenly get a call from your manager Edward Swensen. "Sorry guys excuse me for a minute." 

Your mum looks annoyed at you, what you totally understand. You go to the kitchen and pick up. "Hey Y/N/N, sorry for interrupting your family time, but I have an amazing job offer for you." "What job, Ed?" "Eric Kripke called this morning, the producer of Supernatural." "Ed I know, who Eric Kripke is. Just keep going." "Okay, okay. They want you as a main part." Silence. You know, your ex-boyfriend Jensen has also a main part in this show. 

"Wow. That's amazing, what kind of role?" "A love interest of Dean." You think Oh shit, how are you going to survive this? Just be professional. "When do I have to answer?" "Right now, Y/N/N."  "Well, I'm not quite sure about that." "Y/N Y/L/N are you kidding? This is a big opportunity." "It's not that, I would take it if my ex-boyfriend wouldn't be Dean." "Oh shit, I totally forgot about that." "But I'm looking forward and I'll take it." "So sorry to tell you this, but the meeting will be tomorrow. In Vancouver." "Seriously?" "Yeah, I'm so sorry." 

You are so annoyed, you just have arrived and tomorrow you gonna leave for, you don't know how long. "When will the flight be?" "10 am. I'll send you the ticket via email." "Thank you." "See you tomorrow then, Y/N." "Bye, Ed." You feel like you have to tell your bestie, so you call Gen but she doesn't pick up. You can understand, she is busy with Tom and her second pregnancy. You already have forgotten about Jensen that he plays Dean. 

You have to leave in less than 16 hours. "Y/N/N what's going on?" Your cousin asks. "I have a new job, for which I have to leave at 8am because my flight will be at 10am tomorrow. " Your mum is looking angry at you. "I am happy for you but you have just arrived." Your sister says. "I know, I am so so-" Your mum interrupts you "Are you kidding me?" She asks angrily but then her anger turns to happiness. She comes to you and hugs you. "I am so proud of you, Y/N/N." She whispers into your ear. 

Tears come to your eyes, because you are so thankful for your family, that they always support you. "Thank you guys, but I have to call Gen again. And if she doesn't pick up, I will visit her." "Sure, greet her from us." "Of course." You go to the living and try to call her again but she doesn't pick up again, so you decide to go to her house. 

15 minutes later, you arrive at her house and ring the door bell. A few seconds later she opens the door in amazement. "Hey, what are you doing here? I thought you are with your family today." She hugs you and gestures you to come in. "I thought that too. I was calling you, but you didn't pick up. Then I decided to come over." "I don't even know where my phone is." She says laughing. "It's fine, I know you're busy. I have some amazing news." You say in excitement. 

You sit down on their couch. "Start, I wanna know." "I'm gonna have a main part in Supernatural." "Wow. That's amazing, we have to tell Jared." "Jared." She yells. Jared comes to the living room, you two hug each other. 

"Y/N/N, what are you doing here?" He asks with a smile. "Let me introduce you to your new colleague." Gen says proud and points at you. 

"No way!" He says happily.

I thought you never would… - Chapter 4

Chapter four 

Word count: 1,543 words

Warning: language, mention of sex 

Kira knocked on the door later that night. Dean opened the door and let her inside his apartment, giving her a tight smile. "Hey." She said with a small smile. "So what did you wanna talk about?" Dean asked awkwardly. "About us...I miss you." She told him softly as she stepped closer to him. He sighed, but he missed her too, like a lot. "I miss you too." He told her honestly. 

He walked into the living room with her sitting down on the couch, she sat down as well. They started talking about their relationship ans Dean told her that he really loved her, but they wouldn't have a future together. He told her they could stay friends, but nothing more. She sighed, nodding as she chew on her lip. 

"Can I stay the night? It's late and I don't want to go home so late on my own." Dean nodded, since he didn't want her to get hurt on her way home. "Thanks." She whispered. "Wanna watch a movie?" He suggested since it was getting super awkward and weird. "Sure." She said with a nod. He grabbed his remote turning Netflix on.

He turned on some random movie, unconsciously inching closer to her. She noticed smiling a bit, inching closer as well. He couldn't help it, so he cuddled her close to him. She looked up at him and leaned in kissing him. They eventually ended up sleeping with each other more than once that night. 

He and her started a friends with benefits kind of thing with her after that night. His dick taking more control of him than he wanted. Ryan was pissed when Dean told him, but Dean told Ryan it was just sex, no things attached. Dean was annoyed when Ryan gave him the talk about what he's doing, is stupid and just taking him back. 

You and Dean were getting close and you didn't know why, but you felt hurt, when Dean talked about that he has a friends with benefits thing going on with his ex-girlfriend. You were crushing over some guy, you've never seen in real life and yet, you were kind of hurting and pissed at Dean. He kept flirting with you like shit, even making you special, telling you how important you were to him.

He even became distant towards you because of her. Because you told him, he'd never move on from her if he was sticking to her. You didn't know her, but the things Ryan told you she seemed so...psychotic and manipulative to you. She was just crazy, but in the bad way. You, Ryan and Sam played most of the time alone, since Dean was occupied and messing around with ex. 

You posted a picture on your Instagram story of yourself where you thought, you were looking damn fine. An hour later or so you checked on who've seen your story and there she was. Kira's account. She was stalking your Instagram account like crazy, looking who you were following, what pictures you had on your highlights and profile. She was kind of jealous of you, even tho you lived miles away. 

You were posting more to your story on purpose to see if she'd look at your stories and she certainly did. Every time. You didn't understand why, because you two never talked or texted. You didn't know she felt threatened by you. It also annoyed you in some kind of way, that she stalked your Instagram profile the whole time. Yeah you had a massive crush on Dean, but like already mentioned you loved miles away and she's the one lying in his bed. So what was her point? 

Dean and you didn't talk a lot during this time and when you did, it was weird. The whole comfort suddenly gone. You were kinda sad about it and you mostly talked about it with Sam. Sam told you, that she always knew how to wrap him around her finger. The problem was Dean was too blind to understand, that she was poison for him. All she did was manipulating and using him for her own good. 

Dean just didn't want to see that and it hurt Sam to see his little brother going down that path, again. 

He thought his brother came to his senses when they talked right after Dean's and Kira's breakup. Dean seemed reasonable and not stupid like he did after starting sleeping with Kira. The whole situation frustrated Sam. The worst thing was that Sam couldn't talk to Dean, because Dean brushed him off, telling Sam he was old enough to know what he was doing. 

Sam thought Dean wasn't mature enough. Dean was just nineteen and just not able to be alone. He always needed company otherwise he would've felt too lonely. Sam had a fight with his little brother trying to tell him like you and Ryan did, that he needs to stop thinking with his cock and more with his brain. Dean was distant and told Sam, it was none of Sam's business and Sam should start minding his own business again like he did before the breakup. 

Sam always tried to reach out to his little brother, because he loved his little brother more than anything. Whenever Sam tried to reach out to Dean, Dean was busy with Kira telling Sam he was busy. Sam visited his dad in their hometown and when he was there he's seen Dean briefly or not at all, because Kira was more important. 

Sam tried so many times to get Dean out of his bubble, he was in for too long. Kira made their relationship much more complicated, she did for everyone in their family. She was only causing problems for Dean, but Dean didn't want to see that. Unfortunately. 

One day you texted Dean on iMessage if you two had an issue and he told you no, but then you asked him why he was being so weird, since he barely answered calls or texts.

Dean and you FaceTimed sometimes until late at night. It was special to you, because you were talking to your crush, at night. One day you called him after work like you always did. When he picked up, your heard a girl's voice. It was her voice and you immediately were pissed and hurt, telling him to fuck off. Not your smartest move, you felt bad about how you hung up on him. You also kind of didn't, because you heard her saying something to or about you, you couldn't quite remember what exactly it was, what she said. 

Since that incident, Dean was being weird and distant towards you, even making up excuses so he wouldn't have to stay in a voice chat alone with you as soon the others went offline. Before that Dean always stayed longer, wanting to get to know you, but suddenly all of this was gone. You didn't understand and you also felt hurt at the way he was being. 

One night Ryan and you were playing and talking about the whole thing with Dean and Kira. Ryan decided to call Dean and ask him what's up with you and Dean, wanting to hear it from him. Dean told him, that he was annoyed with you telling him to stop messing around with his ex, when it was his life and decision to make. It hurt, but he was right. It was his life and decision he had to make. 

You just didn't get why Dean couldn't tell you exactly that. When you pushed him via text to be honest, he finally was. He told you to back the fuck off and leave him alone with this topic. It hurt you so bad at how was being. He was being a complete asshole towards you. You even teared up at how much it hurt you, making you cry because you were so overwhelmed. 

After you two had the biggest fight you didn't answer his last text, trying to calm down so you wouldn't say anything you'd regret later on. 

You talked to Sam about it and Sam told you to leaver him alone knowing Dean would end up saying things he might regret later on, too. Sam told you to leave him alone and text Dean later everything you had on your mind, when you and him had calmed down.

Dean calmed down smoking his cigarette, still pissed at you, but he also felt bad about treating you the way he just did. You were just trying to help him, but he didn't need and want your help. He wanted to mess around with Kira, he didn't care. 

An hour later you texted him: "Dean, I'm sorry. I really am. They way you treated me hurt and wasn't fair at all. All I wanted to do was help you, but I get it now you don't want my help and I'll respect that. I keep my distance, if that’s what you want. I understand. I wish you the best. Take care." You texted him while tears ran down your face, sniffling you wiped your tears away. You didn't know him for that long but thinking the friendship was over hurt you so bad.

Chapter seven

1 month later...

Everything feels like it used to be years ago, today is the event and THAT DAY! You're so nervous. How will people, friends and family react? Everything that happens at the event will be live on TV. You told your family to watch that event on TV tonight, you told Gen the same because she won't be there and Jensen told his family as well. 

Right now you're getting ready for the event, you're wearing a tight black dress that reaches your knees and it emphasises your décolleté. You wear a half bun with curls and a slightly stronger make-up. You go through your walk-in-wardrobe and put some silver high heels on and a silver clutch that fits with your dress. 

You get a call from Jensen. "Babe, are you ready?" "Yes." "Then come to the SUV that is waiting for you upstairs." He says happily. You hang up and make sure you have everything you need. You walk into the hallway of your apartment complex and lock your door before leaving the building. When you walk towards the SUV Jensen looks you up and down, a bit stunned at how good you're looking. 

"Wow." He breathes out as he places his hands on your waist checking you out. He gives you a quick, but gentle kiss. 

"You look....breathtakingly hot." You tell him as he lets out a small laugh. "Well, I could say the same thing about you." He tells you honestly, making you smile. "But you know what's the best about the night?" "What?" You ask curiously. "I'm the lucky one who's going to undress you tonight." He whispers into your ear making you clench your thighs together. He grins at you as he pulls away from your ear as he sees you blushing. 

"Let's get in the car." He says with a huge grin. You get into the back of the car, he puts his hand on your thigh to calm you down, rubbing it gently. He knows you're nervous. "I love you, y/n/n." "I love you too, J." He cups your cheek with his other hand and pecks your lips softly. 

After 20 minutes you arrive at the location.

"Y/n/n, don't be nervous. Everything will be fine, I will always be by your side." You nod. "Let's get out." He says confidently. He gets out first, when he opens the door the only things you see are the flashlights of the cameras. He reaches for your hand, so you he can help you out. You two intertwine your fingers and walk to the entrance. You already hear the first paparazzi, calling your names. 

"Jensen and y/n are you back together?" 

"Yes, we are." Jensen answers quickly while passing by. He keeps asking questions about your relationship, but you ignore them. When you walk through the door, you see a shocked yet happy Jared. 

"Guys, you're back together?" He asks with a big smile. "Yes, man." Jensen answers happily. 

Jared can't stop grinning. 

"I told you he will be happy." Jensen whispers to you. "Jar?" you say hesitantly.

"Yes, y/n/n?" "I think I have to apologize. I'm sorry." He hugs you from the side. "I also have to apologise, I'm so happy for you two. You are meant to be together, that's why Gen and I decided to make you two godparents of Shep. So that you two can get closer again." He says casually making your eyes go wide. He chuckles and kisses your temple gently before letting go. 

"What were you two talking about?" Jensen asks curiously. "About that fight last month." 

"But everything is fine now?" "Yes." 

"Guys can you come here?" Jared yells from where the paparazzi are taking pictures. 

You and Jensen nod and walk on the red carpet. 

"Y/n, can we take a picture of you two?" 

"Sure." You answer and Jensen puts his arm around your waist and kisses the side of your head. 

"Jared come over here." You yell and he runs to you. You three stand there, you in the middle, Jensen left next to you and Jared right next to you. When you're about to leave one of the interviewers asks for an interview, so you and Jensen decide to give them a  quick interview. 

"Hey y/n and Jensen, how is it going?" The interviewer asks. 

"Fine. Thank you." "The question that everyone is asking, are you two back together?" 

"Yes, we are." You say nodding and look at Jensen with a loving smile, who puts his arm around your waist.

"I'm more than happy to have her back." He says happily looking at you first and then into the camera. "How did that happen?" 

"Since we two are working together now, we say down and talked. We noticed there still are mutual feelings." You tell them honestly. "Thank you guys for telling." They say and you nod with a smile. 

You two get to your seats, where Jared is already waiting for you. You sit down right next to Jared and Jensen sits down on your left side. Jared leans towards you. "You guys have to tell me, how you two got back together." "After the show?" 

"Maybe at y/n's?" Jensen asks. You both nod. 

"How are Gen, Tom and Shep doing?" 

"Pretty well, you two have to visit us when we're ok a break." He says happily. "Of course, Jensen and I would love to." You say softly. "Yes." Jensen adds. 

The event starts and the two narrators talk about: the vampire diaries, pretty little liars and then one of them starts talking about Supernatural. "Now, let's talk about Supernatural. Supernatural has a new season and cast member. Y/n y/l/n plays the love interest of Dean." "Wow, I heard Jensen and y/n are back together." "Yeah me too and I'm very happy for them. They're such a perfect couple." Jensen looks at you with a smile on his face caressing your hand gently. 

"Let's welcome them. Jensen, Jared and y/n come join us on stage." The first narrator yell enthusiastically. All of you walk on stage, Jensen and you intertwine your fingers. Everyone claps their hands while passing them. Jensen helps you go up the few stair up. "Hey you three, what will you tell us about the rest of season 8?" 

"First of all, hey to everyone and thanks for being here." Jared says happily. "Oh Jared how is the second baby doing and congratulations." 

"Pretty well and thank you." Jared says with a smile. "But now, let's talk about Supernatural." Jensen adds. 

"Well the end will be really emotional between Sam and Dean." You tell them. "Interesting. What about Sophie and Dean?" "A lot of romantic things." Jared says laughing. 

"So Jensen and y/n, how did that happen that you two are back together?"

"I think we already got asked that question like three times." You say with a small laugh looking at Jensen. "It's because of Supernatural and the chemistry between our characters, so that we fell in love again." Jensen says with a smile. 

"But we're not here to talk about our relationship, so let's keep talking about Supernatural." You say. You tell them a few things you're allowed to tell, after that you go to your seats and listen to them for an hour.

"You see it wasn't that bad." Jensen says softly and cups your faces and kisses you softly before looking at the stage again. 

"Let's wait till tomorrow." You mutter and he places his hand on your thigh sighing softly.
