Hold Up, Changed My Mind. I Completely Forgot Duchess. Her And Scotty, That'd Be A Ship I'd Pay To See
Hold up, changed my mind. I completely forgot Duchess. Her and Scotty, that'd be a ship I'd pay to see sail.
Top 10 fav ships? TTTE and tugs?
Fuck... forgive me if I do more than 10 because I like a lot of ships. Hercules x Zebedee Ten Cents x Zip Gordon x Rebecca Zak x Nia Millie x Caitlin Victor x Luke Cranky x Carly x Big Micky Salty x Porter ...Okay that's actually less than I thought, those are all the cannon ones at least. The rest are like characters I'd wager have a crush on another, and some I want to give someone to love but can't, or I ship them but in a different relationship sense like platonically. I'm gonna say those too. Spencer x Connor (Spencer I imagine struggles with his love life, so he likes Connor but doesn't know how to go about it because he doesn't want his image ruined.) Flying Scotsman x Rebecca (After she basically made him tongue-tied he found himself very interested in her, but was shocked to see her and Gordon together. He likes Rebecca but he also likes seeing his brother happy, so he's conflicted.) Rosie x James (I see these two a lot more like siblings, hell! in my mythic AU they are siblings.) Alright, the rest are who I want to give ships to but I find that I cant. Edward (It's implied in my giant AU that he and Thomas are rather close but they still see each other as really good friends.) Diesel (I don't know who I can safely ship him with.) Diesel 10 (Same issue.) Herny (I would like to say Gordon but the thing is, Henry could be considered like a half-sibling to Gordon because he was a wack Gresley originally.) James (I want to give this guy someone to make him happy but I feel like options are limiting.) And I'd like to say a lot more characters but I've already rambled enough...

After a life-threatening crash, Thomas went to the steam works to recover. He was unconscious for 2 months before he came to. His whole face had been horrifically scared, he was blinded, and one side of his mouth had scared over making him have a lisp. He was put back onto work not long after with his driver being his main guide, only he didn’t do a good job. Thomas kept on having small crashes that mainly spooked him and not much else, but he was quickly getting tiered that his driver kept on forgetting that he was now blind. Over the next month he was monstrasized by humans and machines alike. With a few of his work colleagues making jabs at him that actually really hurt, a few did stand up for him but it still didn’t make him any less sad at his situation. At some point Thomas went to the fat controller to ask for something, he wanted to know if he could wear anything like a mask or other to hide his face, he was already blind, so it didn’t make much of a difference for him. Sir Topham Hatt said he’d have something done for him, but that ‘something’ couldn’t have come any later. At some point a person from a station outright sprayed acidized vessel powder at Thomas, it hit him right in the other side of his mouth that wasn’t scared. Now Thomas had a huge scar that took out a good portion of his lips and also revealed his teeth, he had an even bigger lisp now that he had next to no functioning lips. Thomas was disgraced even more, and the bullying worsening as well. Whenever he’d get mad and try to defend himself, his slur would get even worse as he amped up the volume. Eventually it became to much, and Thomas asked to be scrapped. He approached Sir Topham Hatt about it, “How can I be really useful if I can’t even see where I’m going? How can I be useful if I turn away passengers? How can I even function with the others if all they do is ridicule me? I can’t even see the ones who are kind to me, I can’t even go to sleep in the winters without my teeth freezing shut together, I can’t even tell the ones who bully me off because my slur becomes to much. I can’t live like this sir… I can’t be the engine you need. Please… end my suffering sir, I want to be scrapped…” He’d say. Luckily though, the fat controller came up with an idea. He purposed an idea to Thomas that could at least help him get his sight back, the idea was that Thomas could have a sonar inputted into him, so he could see around himself again. The catch was that the sonar wouldn’t be able to power itself on Thomas’s current body, if he were a diesel on the other hand. Thomas had gone from losing hope to becoming absolutely distraught, sure, he’d have his sight back, but at the cost of practically losing his whole identity. By that point he wouldn’t even be Thomas anymore. The fat controller made Thomas a deal then, if he thought on it for a little more and talked to the ones who weren’t bullying him about it, he could come back with his answer. So that’s what Thomas did, when he got back to Tidmouth sheds with all the others, he cut straight to the chase and told them his options. At first they thought he was joking but the silent unfocused pain-filled expression told them that it wasn’t. When they realized he was serious they all threw in their own opinions. Many didn’t want Thomas to pick, and that they were so sorry that they had been making him feel this way. Thomas said it wasn’t just them, and that he was still not okay with living a life like this. They all said that they’d rather see him alive as a diesel than know he was dead and gone forever. Plus, having some sight back at least had to be better than nothing. Thomas said he’d tell the fat controller his decision then, he would become a diesel. But under a few conditions. The others agreed when Thomas said he basically wouldn’t even be himself anymore, and he wasn’t all to fond of the idea that maybe the actual diesels would find out. So they came up with a new name for him. Thomas remembered how Victor had described him like an eclipse before, scary but interesting. The others agreed and
from there he was renamed Eclipse, well, for when he was a diesel. Thomas asked that everyone keep this a secret, he wanted the others to be under the belief that he was willingly scrapped. The steam team all agreed, and with that, plans and preparations were made. Thomas went back to the fat controller the next day and told him his plans, sir Topham Hatt agreed and with that, Thomas was ‘sent to the scrap yard’. In a way Thomas did die that day, and Eclipse was being built. Thomas was rebuilt in secret, with the fat controller adding in a few extra details to help Thomas blend in and not be recognized. At that point in time they had been needing another big diesel engine like Diesel 10 only minus the claw, so the fat controller offered the idea to Thomas that he be turned into an engine like that. It would have the added bonus of also deepening his voice to make him even more unrecognizable, and also maybe making room for potential future tools to be added to assist him. Thomas agreed and in a short time span, he was out like a light and unconscious for a year. When Thomas came to, he was in a black livery with cool colored detailing in various shades of green, blue, and purple. He had been changed into a D16/1 diesel and he could also now see, although, granted, he saw an image that lacked color but it was still a form of sight nonetheless. He was also given a mask like what he had originally asked for, it was heavily detailed and covered snugly to his mouth and nose, it would help his teeth stop freezing together along with the added bonus of hiding his face. Thomas, or now rather, Eclipse was amazed by the change. He thanked Victor profusely as he looked around for the first time in over a year and was excited to see when Sir Topham Hatt arrived. He told Eclipse to head straight to the diesel works as they would be expecting him. He informed Eclipse that the whole island aside from the steam team now believed Thomas was long gone, so he encouraged the new engine to go chat to them once he had the moment. Eclipse nodded and was soon on his way.

Apparently I can shut my mouth about drawing for shit on my tablet... this will hopefully make drawing much easier in the future.
Keep on asking asks if you want guys! My inbox is more bland than you think. It could be the start of a roleplay, or even some quick art attacked to the bottom, who knows! Feel free to bombard me, as long as it's not spam.

I'm also on a Sodor fallout kick. Have a saved Oliver, cursed to be forever in the skin of a monster.
Okay, now I can't stop thinking about the decaplets of Thomas idea... if they were to be introduced in the adventure begins I'd give them all separate jobs to do that we'd believe would be vacant at the time. Consider the remaining 8 of Thomas's sibling's OCs.
Youngest to oldest- 10) Thomas 9) Titus 8) Titian 7) Tantum 6) Theo 5) Thatcher 4) Tenzin 3) Triton 2) Tyrone 1) Timothy Jobs- Thomas: Runs the Ffarquhar branch line. Titus: Knapford station piolet. Titan: Hill banker. (Will be the one to stand up to Gordon the most.) Tantum: Vicarstown station piolet. Theo: Steam works standard gauge engine. Thatcher: Runs the Callan Castel line into the Culdee Fell mountain and also works at the Blue Mountain Quarry. Tenzin: Runs the Little Western branch line. Triton: Works at Brendam docks. (A singer of old shanties.) Tyrone: Runs the Great Waterton branch line. Timothy: Works with Edward on his branch line. Personalities- > Thomas is still Thomas. > Titus is impulsive and has a short fuse, he does good work always keeping to schedule but will take a page out of his younger brother's book in being cheeky from time to time if you get under his skin. So I guess you could say he's a little devious as well. (He'll be the one to tell Gordon off if he yells at them to get his coaches.) > Titan is witty and is a king of clap backs. As mentioned before he will be the one to stand up to Gordon the most because he has a factory defect where he makes a lot more pressure than normal, so he's stronger than most of his brothers. Along with wit, Titan can also be summed up as capable, if it's heavy for more than one engine, you can expect Titan will be in for the assist. > Tantum is to sum up in one word, serious. He unlike most of his siblings doesn't stand for fun and games during work. He'd be the first one to give Thomas a stern scolding to after he races Bertie. > Theo is a machine-anything enthusiast, he loves watching his own kind be put together and work. He is also much like Titan, a bit witty, he'll call out a flaw in your design if you insult him. He is not prejudiced to any type of craft, he'll treat you with respect if you show it back, and will most likely complement you about something. > Thatcher- a tank engine of very little words and all work no play. He loves the burn of being pushed, and if he has to go to the steam works from being overworked he doesn't mind the burn of a cutting torch. He's Luke's best friend and adores the little narrow gauge engines, he loves hearing them all talk about stories from days of old or from other railways. > Tenzin, an honest engine that always has a sense of humor. A human asks him- 'How do I look?' He replies- 'Like a vampire on a day pass.' A humorous person to say the least in the most subtle of moments. > Triton; a lover of song and high notes, the main piece of entertainment at Brendam docks. When things are too quiet he knows just what to hum or sing, and is actually the few Cranky doesn't mind to change his tune in front of. The engine respects him and does his best to make the crane feel welcome. > Tyrone is quite simply a book lover, he adores hearing stories for hours on end and adores the subject of history the most. He doesn't tend to humor the engines if they upset him, but he also never stops his brothers if they want to avenge him. Tyrone finds himself liking the more older engines of the island as he enjoys calming down and taking it slow while just chatting. Peaceful is what you could call Tyrone. > Last is Timothy, Timmy as his brothers affectionately call him is your typical old man engine. He was the first of his brothers built and likes to just feel his wheels on the track. He is the harshest of the engines when it comes to calling someone out on their nonsense, he brings the witty brains of his brothers into one and will rip said silly engine apart from the inside out for their stupidity. He does humor any engine though who gives him a comment on 'tank engine' by giving them a quote that will leave them in a stupe long enough for him to get away, Timothy make no mistake will always get the last laugh. That's all I got, maybe I'll design these guys soon. As always, don't be afraid to ask about something or give an idea.
