My friend Charles found this dog chained in the backyard of a house where her people had moved away and left her behind.  She is about 8 months old, sweet, friendly, and smart.  She has been spayed and had her vaccinations.  Because Charles has an elderly pug, elderly parents in frail health, works at night, and other factors, he just can’t keep her.  This dog has been abandoned by her first family, chained up and left behind with no food or water, then rejected by a second home Charles thought he had found for her.  She spent a week at the Humane Society where Charles came back to get her the day she was to be euthanized.  Please give this dog a chance and help find a home for her
