Weekly manifestations #2

Manifested away some dumb shit I did out of fear xD (thank God it's finally gone!!!!)

Yoooo literally the day I was so stressed about turned out soo good!! Idk like nothing huge happened but still like gooosh I finally found& bought a flower I wanted to buy for like months now but couldn't find it anywhere. Second, like, I just felt so good, so at peace, like a happy child. I affirmed robotocally a lot that day, since I had to go and talk about my eeerm... Internship I think..? So yea at first I was so fucking stressed but when that visit was over I still affimed and still at the end of the day I affirmed eobotically cuz it just felt so good and I didnt wanna stop. And today when I woke up I was so fucking happy for no reason like I literally wanted to jump around my room and breakdance like my body was just sooo energized and I had really good visions of my perfect life & affirmed through that so that fueled my excitement even more. The whole time I was like ??? But still enjoyed it XD. 100% recommend to affirm robktically when you go through somethin stressful. BTW, I start my internship in 2nd of September, exactly when school year starts Owo. Coincidence? I think not!! I'm gonna think I'm going to school this whole time XD.

Weekly manifestations

Thought I'd make a list of things I manifested during the week to motivate myself :)

Laptop unfreezing (is that what you call it? Lmao) after I said my umbrella affirmation a couple of times.

Ohhh myyyy gooodneesss this one is sick, at least for me, okay, so, idk it propably will sound weird but its very important to me. I actually just started doing this challenge HERE and everything was going great the whole day until in the evening my mom told me one of our chickens is sick (at that moment I was like wow cool I just started the challenge and THIS fucking happened), she wasn't moving much, making any sounds and she's usually very noisy etc. And I was so scared of her dying, I took care of her since she was a baby chick I just couldn't think she would just die like that and if you ever had chickens or know something about them u know they're fragile when it comes to health like usually when they get reaally sick they just die the next day like there's just not much you can do to help them at that point except put them out of misery, but I was just like noooooo no, no, this isn't happening, no and I came back to what I was doing, trying so much to not think about it, and affirmed sometimes to correct myself. When I went to bed I kept saying my umbrella aff and kept imagining her in my arms, screaming or doing other funny sounds she usually makes while I pet her. At some point my visualization changed to something sadder, I started imagining her gone and couldn't really control it anymore so I decided to just affirm regardless of what I saw in my minds eye. Next morning aka today when I write this, I woke up at like 6 AM and thought about going to the shed (or whatever u call it in English I don't have time for checking )to check if she's okay or laying stiff on the ground but I was like its too early so I visualized again and affirmed but at some point I just couldn't stand it anymore, I did affirm even though my mind made darkest scenarios while affirming but I was like no no no even if these bad thoughts went through my head faster than my affirmation I didn't stop correcting myself. When I went there holy shit she was outside walking as if she was never sick like she's normal I couldn't believe it but was so glad like every time I look at her I cry, literally when I saw her I picked her up and hugged her for like 10 minutes like guys I've never seen a chicken go back to being normal after being so sick that they just stand in place and suffer, I'm sooo happy right now. I'll definitely continue the challenge I'm doing, perhaps I'll write this success story on the challenge in the comments but idk, maybe others will find it weird that I wrote a success story about a chicken so I'll have to think about it.

Luckily now I didn't have to manifest any pet to get healthy xD but since like 2-3 days I've been having some dreams, one night I dreamt something about my ideal self + few days ago I made myself a subliminal to dream of something specific that I like and welp I dreamed of it like 3 times now but today it felt wayy better can't wait to go to sleep tonight ^,^

Meh, something annoying happened in the 3d but that's beside the case, but hey my crooked tooth or wait…no… It's a chipped tooth yep, so I have a chipped tooth THANKFULLY in the back of my mouth so it's not visible QwQ and today I touched it with my finger curiously if I have something on it cuz the chipped side felt weird, and I felt that it's more filled and I looked in the mirror and yep! It's growing back and while I'm still a bit upset at the 3d I'm glad that other stuff for ex. This manifested.

I weirdly get some dreams and flashbacks, I guess, from around the time when I was in middle school which now when I think about it, it makes sense cause I want to go back in time and relive my childhood/teenage years.

Today (18.08) I just feel… Different… And I look better. I also think a bit different about the 3d. I think I changed states.

Hey Upper East Siders.

Gossip girl here. Aren’t you just tired of me calling you an “upper east sider”. When you could be so much more. Like one of manhattans finest elite. Don’t you wanna be elite?

If so, here’s your new routine for fulfillment ->

WAKING UP -> As soon as you wake up you are going to fulfill yourself with any method you want. Hold the feeling of the wish fulfilled whilst you are in that drowsy state.

REST OF THE DAY -> You are going to fulfill yourself EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. you think of your desires.

-> You are also going to fulfill yourself every hour of the day. Take aside 2-5 minutes of each hour to fulfill yourself. For example when it’s 2pm you will fulfill yourself then when it’s 3pm you will fulfill yourself again and so on and so on.

-> You are going to fulfill yourself every time you are doing a mindless task like chores etc (inspired by angels fulfillment challenge)

GOING TO SLEEP -> You are going to do the lullaby method or SATS in order to fall asleep in the state of the wish fulfilled.

There’s your new routine for fulfillment for those who need that extra push. It also gives people consistency and prevents new incoming doubts which cause people to start over.

MUST DO’S:

-> When you are doing your “techniques” you MUST realise that they aren’t techniques. They are your actual reality. You’re not just visualising, you’re seeing what is actually there. You’re not just affirming, you’re telling yourself what is true and what is the real fact. Feel it to be a fact in imagination because it is.

-> When you are fulfilling yourself FOCUS on the FEELING your imaginal act gives you.

WHY IS THIS FULFILLMENT CHALLENGE IMPORTANT

-> Because the more you feel the feeling of fulfillment, the more natural it becomes. And the materialisation of your desire is directly proportional to the naturalness of having it.

-> You’ll start to feel the feeling of the wish fulfilled on autopilot. It will become your natural state very quickly.

-> Fulfill yourself because you’ve spent too long denying yourself of the life of your dreams.

Tips and info from a manifestor who also struggled.

Yes, i’ve struggled. We’ve all been there. If you are struggling, read this.

Most of you already know the basics but here’s some things i think people should know.

• Your subconscious does anything you tell it. It is basically the messenger from the 4d. It works to manifest and bring your assumption/state of being into the 3d reality.

Your subconscious works in the 4d realm to show you who you’ve been in the 4d, in the 3d realm.

Your subconscious basically a like a little worker for the 4d that brings you want you want in the 3d. It cannot refuse the 4d at all. IT IS A “YES MAN.” It doesn’t care about rules.

• The 3d is limited.

When you are manifesting, the immediate change is occurring outside time and space in consciousness where there is everything. The limited 3d cannot see the occurrences happening since the 3d is within the constraints of time and space.

•When you are doing any technique, it is NOW. It is actually happening in reality- consciousness. The 3d’s job is just to show you who you’re being.

• Negative thoughts and doubts do not have any power unless you identify with them. They do not have any meaning. It is normal for the human mind.

Example: Ben is a body builder. He identifies as a very strong body builder. After a bad day, Ben has bad thoughts that he is a weak body builder. It wouldn’t affect him. Why? Because at the end of the day, Ben truly knows that he is a strong body builder. That’s who he is. Small useless thoughts will not effect him since he truly knows who he is.

“I am strong,” “I am the strongest body builder in my city.” Since Ben identifies with these thoughts, they have meaning.

“Why do i keep thinking i’m doing something wrong in the 3d when i was doing so good? ”

I know many people don’t talk about these things a lot but these could be the cases.

Conditioning/Programming: Your conscious mind is conditioned to follow society norms and expectations which can create self doubt and fear of doing something "wrong." Which you aren’t.

Ego control: The ego tries to maintain control by creating doubts and fears, making you question your actions.

Limited perspective in the physical realm: The conscious mind has a limited perspective, making it difficult to see the bigger picture of things.

“How do i over come this?”

If you feel yourself thinking you’re doing something wrong or spiraling, take a deep breath, let the thoughts pass. Remember they do not have meaning unless you identify with them.

You did not mess up, or have to “start over”. You’re fine. Pick yourself back up, go inward, affirm, do anything that satisfies and tell yourself who your real identity is, which is your consciousness.

Summary.

• Know thoughts are neutral.

• Know the human senses are limited.

• You either have it or you don’t.

• The 4d is the actual evidence.

”So what do i do now?”

Decide (assume) a new identity in your imagination.

Fulfill to remind yourself that’s who you are. When you fulfill yourself, it is immediate. It happens instantly.

KNOW THAT NOTHING IN THE 3D CAN GET IN THE WAY OF YOUR MANIFESTATION. Anything in the 3d regarding your manifestation means nothing at all. The 3d CANNOT create anything.

Remember your 5 senses are limited to consciousness. Live your regular human life here, but know you already are who you want to be.

A Scientific Reason Why You Shouldn’t Look to Your 3D for Proof.

I love quantum mechanics because it explains how we are able to create whatever we desire.

Here is a simple fact for you to consider about why this 3D world is malleable and very open to influence by the power of the unseen (our imagination): Everything in the universe is made of matter and empty space (a form of energy).

Matter is whatever you can see, touch, smell, etc. Basically, our 3D world is made of matter because you can experience it with your five senses. And you know what’s most interesting about it?

The percentage of actual matter in our bodies, objects etc is less than 0.0000000000004%.

While the percentage of empty space (energy) is Over 99.9999999999996%.

Do you understand what this means? It means that your tangible reality is less than 1% of everything that’s is happening around you.

The power is in the rest 99.99999999%.

The world we live in is mostly energy. This is where magic happens, your creation. Your imagination, thoughts, and assumptions are interacting with 99.9999999% of the universe.

You just don’t see it. You can see only less than 0.0000000000004% of what’s actually happening.

So, understanding this scientific fact, we can come to the conclusion that judging by the 3D whether you have your desire or not is simply illogical and silly because you are judging based on 0.0000000000004% of the facts. I hope this helps you to finally start relying on your 4D more than on your 3D. Even science is on your side.

i listen to subliminals with rain sounds and i have a subliminal playlist to listen to while i sleep. when i play video games i listen to subliminals or if im just doing something mundane i'll listen.

AFFIRMATION TAPES ;

i make affirmation tapes and listen to them when im doing something else so that im multitasking. for example when im working out i listen to self concept affirmation tapes and i just loop it.

DAYDREAMING ;

when i daydream i like to daydream about specific topics. like i can't daydream about every thing 😭 and one of the topics i can daydream about is my beauty and it reminds me of the marilyn monroe quote.

marilyn monroe said that she would always imagine people praising how beautiful she was and SHES ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WOMEN WHO EVER LIVED. so ever since i found that out i daydream about people talking about how pretty i am ✨

TALKING TO MYSELF ;

if ur a girlie who talks to themselves then talk to urself about something useful. talk to urself about how wonderful it is that u have ur desire. talk to urself about ur desire as though you already have it.

this short post just goes to show that u dont have to take drastic measures or do physical methods, if they work for u then thats great but dont feel obligated to do it because manifesting is effortless ✨

You shift the 4D first, the 3D only follows

The 3D is your physical world. What you see, hear, smell, feel.

The 4D is your internal world, what you think, tell yourself, affirm, imagine.

The 3D is a mirror that reflects what's in the 4D.

In other words, if you want to shift your 3D you have to shift your 4D first.

Why do so many people say shifting is about your awareness? Because ALL you need to do is become aware of your desired reality.

It doesn't matter if you can feel your current reality the senses change last.

Your mental awareness of your DR will shift before your physical senses do so stop focusing on the physical world around you.

Your job is to shift your 4D, SO STOP POURING ALL OF YOUR FOCUS ON WETHER OR NOT YOU CAN FEEL IT. THE 3D FOLLOWS.

When you're driving you look at the road not the car.

The Science Behind Manifesting 🧪

Your thoughts create your reality. But that’s not all, you need to know how and why.

This is how I view it, we have all been programmed to be a specific way since childhood, through repetition. We learned our names by our parents repeating it to us. We learned our ABC’s through repetition. We want to adapt a new habit? They say to do it every day for 21 days which is repetition .

Why does repetition work? Every time you repeat something, a neural-pathway in your brain gets stronger.

“Neural pathways are the connections that form between the neurons in your brain. And you can think of them as a pattern that represents any thought about anything you've ever had”

The stronger the neural pathway is, the easier it is to believe in and the more natural it is to you. It will eventually become an autopilot thought you don’t even need to think about.

There are two parts to manifesting and that is the conscious and subconscious mind.

The conscious mind is responsible for logic, reasoning, and analyzing.

It plays a crucial role in shaping our perception of reality.

It acts as a protector for the subconscious mind, filtering what enters its domain (this is important).

Initially cautious, it ensures only beneficial beliefs and affirmations are accepted (this however doesn’t mean what you think it means).

Through repetition, the conscious mind accepts new beliefs without resistance.

This process allows affirmations to manifest effectively in the subconscious mind.

The subconscious mind does not know the difference between possible and impossible .

Now for the subconscious mind

First off the subconscious is the printer for the 3d but it does so much more than that.

The subconscious mind ensures basic bodily functions like breathing and heart pumping.

It helps in creating and maintaining patterns and routines (this is important to remember and we will go more in depth about this).

It relieves the conscious mind from excessive mental exertion and fatigue by taking care of the two activities above. (imagine if you had to consciously make sure your were breathing 😦).

Here is an explanation of everything

Repeated affirmations help the conscious mind accept new beliefs as true, allowing them to settle into the subconscious.

Thoughts similar to existing programming are more easily accepted because the conscious mind does not view them as a threat.

You need to know that the conscious mind’s job is to protect the subconscious mind. If it didn’t, absolutely everything we think day to day would manifest no matter what. It would be chaos.

Thoughts beneficial yet opposite to current beliefs may be perceived as a threat. This does not mean you can not manifest. Sometimes the conscious mind may cause intrusive thoughts that can make you feel discouraged, however if you just persist in the fact that you have your desire, those intrusive thoughts will go away.

However in my experience, I view an increase in negative thoughts when manifesting something new as a good sign, indicating that my affirmations are getting through.

Over time, this process makes the assumption automatic, requiring no conscious effort. The subconscious takes over, what you want manifests which makes the belief an autopilot thought.

A lot of people think it is the other way around but it is not, I have never had the belief/assumption before I had the manifestation, in fact I never believe in my affirmations until they manifest.

Is manifesting a process then?

No.

Another thing to remember is that the 4D is the real reality, not the 3D. It took me a while to understand this too, and I hope I explain it well.

3D (Physical Reality): This is our tangible, physical world.

4D (Imagination/Thoughts): This represents our imagination and thoughts.

The 3D is a reflection of the 4D.

The 4D is considered the real reality because it is the source of all creation and manifestation. Everything that appears in the 3D starts as a thought or belief in the 4D.

Tell me if this sounds familiar,

You wake up every morning and a pit settles in your stomach because you "don't have it yet".

Despite the fact that you haven't left your bed and the only evidence you have to that claim is you woke up and immediately assumed your desire hadn't manifested.

You assumed your desired face hasn't manifested despite not having looked in the mirror.

You assumed you don't have the money to buy that super cute thing you saw despite not checking your bank account.

You assumed your SP hates you despite the fact you haven't spoken to them.

You SWEAR up and down you haven't been checking the 3D but if that's the case how do you know it hasn't manifested?

You, right now, are operating under the assumption that it isn't working. Then when the 3D proves it to you, because it's job is to provide evidence of your assumptions, you throw a fit.

You seek out advice, methods, motivation, because you assume that you don't have it/can't manifest it.

I say this with love, a lot of you only persist when it's easy. Persistence MEANS you continue in the face of difficulty.

Assumption is knowing that regardless of what you're shown you already have your desire.

If your assumption ends when the 3D says otherwise, it is not an assumption.

If your persistence ends when you face obstacles, it is not persistence.

If you stop persisting when the 3D shows you what you don't want, by definition, you are not persisting.

If you stop persisting when you feel discouraged, by definition, you are not persisting.

If you want it, view the world as if you already have it, no matter what happens.

Think as if you have it, even in the face of difficulty.

although manifestation is instant, a lot of ppl tend to have the belief that there is a "lag" or an inconsistency in the 3D which is simply not true bcuz manifestation is instant. for the 3D to catch up to ur 4D in a timely fashion you should SATURATE.

WHY DOES THIS WORK ;

the brain naturally learns through repetition. through repetition, new neural pathways are formed and new beliefs are solidified. thats why saturation gets u what u want FASTER.

you can saturate through scripting, affirming like a robot WHATEVER u like but just through consistent saturation u can get what u want quicker.

HOW TO CORRECT UR LIMITING BELIEF ;

to address and correct limiting beliefs, simply affirm in the opposite and consistently redirect ur thoughts when u start to think limiting or opposing thoughts. keeping a strict mental diet does the trick.

REPETITION IS HOW YOU CREATE YOUR BELIEF SYSTEMS.

when i first started my affirmations, i used to think of playing it small when circumstances aren't exactly how i wrote them to be. i would be replacing writing "i am a millionaire", "sp is obsessed with me", "i have my desired weight" to some watered down affirmation that didn't resonate with me and didn't make me feel like i was living in the end.

this isn't confidence. i wasn't fully claiming my desires. and in being discreet and small, you tell your subconscious: this is what we have and this is where we settle. how terrible is that? to settle on something you don't want? and i'm gonna touch your hands when i say this again, HOW TERRIBLE IS THAT?

through repetition you get rid of this irking feeling of "maybe this is all i can do", "maybe i should only manifest 20 dollars then later on manifest a 100", "maybe this is too much to ask for", maybe this, maybe that. BABY? BE FOR REAL.

you're too fucking powerful to be doubting, questioning, settling, and wavering. so come here and repeat your affirmations. rebuild, reconstruct, recreate all the wires in your brain.

i don't care if it doesn't feel real. do you? do you want that to matter? do you really want to be sitting here telling yourself "oh, but..." BE REEEAL!

repeat it thrice and your brain starts thinking "oh wait... are we actually..."

repeat it 10 times and you're in a consciousness of "damn... i guess we are!"

repeat it a hundred times and nothing else can penetrate your thoughts about it.

repeat it a thousand times and that's your identity.

and know that repetition is not just declaring your affirmations. repetition is also introducing yourself as a millionaire, as your sp's partner, as an idol, as a celebrity, as the baddest bitch in the game, as the god of your reality, as the one who has everything they want. repetition is not telling a sob story or petty excuses and only narrating how it is to succeed. repetition is constantly being in the state of fulfillment.

Wanna Know My Secret To Manifesting ?

I don't overcomplicate things I just live and enjoy the process , it shouldn't be complicated. I just believe that I get everything I want , cuz I believe that we aren't put this earth to suffer and be above others. Sometimes I write down all of my desires and then I just affirm that I have everything from that list ;) And when I have negative thoughts I just say : but I already have it duh. I even wrote it down !
