⟣Naruto Relationship Headcanons⟢

⬩Naruto Team 7 x OC Leah⬩

My first request completed for @lelewright1234 . I hope you like it (and apologies for anything I missed)!

Featuring: OC Leah, Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Kakashi, Sai, and Yamato

Warnings: mention of blood, mention of spiders

Naruto x Leah

Immediately developed a crush on Leah ever since the first time he laid eyes on her beautiful brown skin and curly hair.

Was the sun to Leah's moon, and his outgoing and cheerfulness allowed her to open up and feel more welcome in the village.

Leah noticed pretty quickly that not everyone in the village liked him, but he would try to brush it off so she wouldn't worry. It warms his heart every time she tells him how amazing he is and that she would love to see him become hokage one day.

Is very impressed with Leah's Space Style Jutsu, and he wants to learn all about it. He could watch her perform her ninjutsu all day long.

Will have friendly competitions with Leah to see who can produce the most shadow clones.

He shares his love for Ichiraku ramen with Leah, and he loves to take her on dates there.

"Leah! Hey, Leah!" Leah stopped her stroll through the middle of the village and turned her head in the direction of the voice calling her. She smiled as she saw the familiar whiskered face split wide in a huge grin. Naruto ran over to her, leaning down to catch his breath.

"I've been looking all over for you!" Naruto said, now throwing his arm over Leah's shoulder. Leah felt her face heat up at the contact, and she lowered her eyes to the ground. "Sorry, I just needed some time away to think and clear my head." Naruto's smiling face switched to an expression of concern. "Are you doing okay?" he asked. "The people in the village aren't making you feel bad again, are they?"

Leah smiled before looking back up at Naruto. "Oh no, it's not that. I just still get overwhelmed sometimes being here," she said, gazing now longingly up at the stars just starting to appear in the evening sky. Naruto nodded in understanding. His face then lit up and he moved his arm to grab Leah's hand. "I know just the thing to cheer you up!"

Leah stared down at the glorious bowl of steaming broth and noodles in front of her. She picked up her chopsticks and licked her lips, more than excited to eat Ichiraku's ramen for the millionth time. "Yeah, this definitely cheers me up," Leah said, turning towards Naruto. Naruto smiled big, noodles hanging from his mouth. "But you know what would cheer me up even more? If you pay for it!" Leah teased, their laughter carrying out into the night.

Sasuke x Leah

The mysteriousness of Leah when she first arrived at the village peaked his interest, and he grew to have a subtle crush on her over time.

Can be just as quiet as Leah, and it helped her feel less bad about her shyness.

Leah learned quickly what happened to his family, and she tries her best to help him feel less alone. Even when he wants to be by himself, she'll still sit there quietly with him. He won't admit it, but he's always grateful for her company.

Admires and despises Leah due to her almighty Space Style Jutsu. Once he found out she was even more powerful than Naruto, he made it his goal to surpass her one day.

Will practice his genjutsu with Leah because she is the only one that can handle being under it. Leah is also one of the only people who has broken free of his genjutsu.

Knows that Leah is absolutely terrified of spiders, so he'll always make sure to get rid of them for her.

"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaah!" Leah shrieked. Sasuke came running into the room, his kunai in hand and his eyes red. "What's going on? Are you okay?" he asked, scanning the room for whatever enemy must've caused Leah such distress. Leah pointed a quivering finger at the wall. "There's a big spider over there. It almost crawled on me when I walked in here."

Sasuke's eye turned to the small black shape that was slowly making its way across the wall. He let out a loud sigh and rolled his eyes, looking back over at Leah. "You can't possibly be afraid of something so tiny. What kind of ninja..." he trailed off as he saw Leah's wide eyes and sad expression.

Sasuke then turned around and flung one kunai right at the bug, nailing it precisely. He heard Leah sigh in relief as he went over to retrieve his kunai. "There, it's dead. Please don't scream again unless it's an actual emergency," he muttered, turning to leave the room.

Before he could exit, he was almost knocked over by Leah as she ran over, throwing him in a tight embrace. "Thank you, thank you, thank you," Leah gushed. Sasuke was momentarily annoyed by her actions, but he then relaxed. He wore a small smile that she couldn't see, and he gently hugged Leah back.

Sakura x Leah

Despised Leah initially because of the way both Naruto and Sasuke had heart eyes for her when they were first introduced.

Avoided talking to Leah initially because she was jealous, but she eventually put her pride aside and would start to be friendlier towards Leah.

Tried to not hang out with Leah too much outside of Team 7 business, and would make up excuses to not hang out with Leah.

Is jealous of Leah's Space Style Jutsu, especially because it caught Sasuke's attention.

Will practice hand-to-hand combat with Leah, but she gets angry when she can tell Leah is going easy on her.

She will never ask Leah for help, but she is usually always secretly glad when Leah comes to her aid.

Sakura huffed as she got down on her knees to gather up the medicinal herb packets that had gone flying across the ground. "Oh no, are you alright?" Sakura immediately tensed at the familiar voice. Her eyes went up to meet the concerned brown ones of Leah. "I'm fine, I just tripped," Sakura muttered.

Leah immediately crouched down and began gathering up herb packets to help Sakura. "I don't need your help," Sakura said before snatching some of the herb packets out of Leah's hands. Leah just smiled before continuing to help Sakura. "I know you don't need it. But what kind of teammate would I be if I just walked away?" Leah responded, standing with an arm full of herbs.

Sakura began packing all of the herb packets back into the boxes. Leah came over and began passing the packets she had collected to Sakura, knowing better than to try to pack them herself. When Sakura had finally packed the boxes back up to her liking, she let out a sigh.

Leah was still standing at the ready, looking around to make sure there wasn't any trouble while Sakura was packing the boxes. Sakura then grabbed several of the boxes and plopped them into Leah's arms, much to her surprise. "Since you're already here, you can just help me carry them to the infirmary." Leah beamed as she followed Sakura. "Thanks, Sakura!" she said happily. Sakura rolled her eyes. "No Leah, thank you."

Sai x Leah

Was able to click pretty quickly with Leah because they both can be a little weird (and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it!).

Drew Leah and showed her his artwork to help her feel like she was a part of Team 7.

Thinks of Leah as a little sister, and will often invite her to go on walks with him or grab food.

Finds Leah's Space Style Jutsu fascinating, and he loves to draw her performing her techniques and give them to her as surprise gifts.

Will use drawings of birds to race against Leah while she is using her powers of flight.

Will always let Leah draw if she asks because her cute artworks never fail to make him smile.

Sai was leaned back against a tree, his drawing paper propped on his bent knees. He watched the river swirl around the rocks in front of him while he decided what he wanted to draw today. "Hey, Sai!" Leah called out as she appeared from the tree line to his right. "Hi Leah. How are you today?" Said asked before dipping his paint brush in ink.

Leah skipped over to him and joined him against the tree. "Not too bad. I just got done training with Kakashi Sensei. What about you?" she asked, peering over his shoulder to see if he had any drawings done yet. "Not too bad," he replied before he started sketching the river.

Leah sat quietly and watched him, enjoying the way he made lazy strokes with the paint brush over the paper. "Can I add to it?" Leah asked. Sai looked over at her in surprise before nodding and passing her the paper. He watched her closely as she stuck out her tongue and immediately began doodling.

After some time, Leah picked up the brush, satisfied with her work. "Do you like it?" she asked with a grin, passing it back over to Sai. As he examined her work, he could see that she had added seven fish, all with similar features to the members of Team 7. "It's all of us, but as fish!" Leah pointed out. Sai's face lit up with one of his rare smiles. "I love it, Leah."

Kakashi x Leah

Was happy to have another student be under his care, and he was determined to help Leah uncover her true potential.

Acted like Leah had been with Team 7 since the very beginning, and he treated her just as fairly as he did his other students.

Leah is one of the few people that he'll put his book down for in order to listen more closely to her.

Was challenged by Leah's powerful Space Style Jutsu because he didn't know as much about it. He made sure to do thorough research, and he goes to Guy Sensei and Lady Tsunade for advice as well.

Leah was the first one of his students to get the bells from him during his Bell Test.

He's extremely patient with Leah, and he will always give her words of encouragement no matter how many times she fails.

"Why don't you take a break?" Kakashi said, coming up to stand beside Leah. She was bent over with her hands on her knees, covered in sweat and completely out of breath. "No, I want to keep trying," Leah panted. Kakashi sighed and crossed his arms over his chest. "You remind me a lot of myself, you know," he said.

Leah stood upright again, wincing. "Yeah, and how is that?" she asked. "You're extremely stubborn." Kakashi laughed, to which Leah just rolled her eyes. "One more time, and then I promise I'll take a break," she said, her determination and vigor returning. "Okay," Kakashi agreed before backing out of range again.

Leah brought her feet into a position of balance and reached her arm straight out. The kunai in front of her slowly began to levitate into the air. Leah's entire body was shaking in concentration, and more sweat formed on her furrowed brow. She then shut her eyes, bringing her other arm straight out in front of her. A swirling portal formed moments later in the air next to the kunai. When Leah opened her eyes again, she cried out and swung her hand, the kunai flying straight into the portal.

The kunai then landed directly in the center of the target that was posted on a tree behind her, flying out of the exit of the portal that was created. Leah heard Kakashi clapping, and she whirled around to look at her work. She fell to her knees, completely exhausted. "I did it," she breathed out as Kakashi came over to her. "You did indeed. And you did it beautifully," he said, kneeling down next to her.

Yamato x Leah

Was slightly stressed about having an additional powerful student at play, but he warmed up to Leah very quickly due to her kindness and willingness to fight for everyone in Team 7.

Was careful not to push Leah too hard when she first joined because he did not want to scare her away.

Built Leah a tree house for when she needs time away from the others.

Uses his Wood Style Jutsu to help Leah perfect her technique. Will create puzzle pieces of wood, and Leah will have to focus her telekinesis on building various structures.

Leah's use of Spiritual Gateways combined with Yamato's Wood Style Jutsu makes them a formidable pair when working together.

Was skeptical at first about bringing Leah on difficult missions with him, but he learned that she is perfectly capable of holding her own.

Yamato had his back pressed to a tree in the woods, a kunai gripped tightly in his hand. He brushed the back of his other hand across his face, clearing the blood that had dripped down into his eyes from the cut on his forehead. Yamato was assigned to complete an A-rank mission, and he had opted to go by himself instead of pulling his students away from their assignments. But he was desperately wishing he had brought someone with him now.

He peered around the tree to see where the rogue ninjas could possibly be hiding. He hadn't anticipated being ambushed on his journey since he had chosen the safest and quickest route. Yamato took a deep breath, prepared to try to flank the enemy and come up behind them. Before he could, he heard a yell and a loud thud in the clearing.

He whirled around to look again and saw one of the rogue ninjas lying on his back, completely unconscious. Seconds later Leah appeared directly in front of him due to her teleportation ability, almost causing him to cry out. Leah brought a finger to her lips before winking, disappearing again. Within just a few moments, she had located and knocked out all of the rogue ninjas in the area.

Leah easily tied up the rogue ninjas using her telekinesis, and Yamato trapped them in a wooden cage. Leah brushed the dirt from her hands and plucked out a leaf that had attached itself to her curly hair. "You shouldn't have followed me on my mission. It's too dangerous," he scolded. Leah laughed, gesturing to the cage. "I know it's dangerous. That's why I came. And aren't you glad I did?"

Leah (OC) General Headcannons

Just some general headcannons for the relationships between an OC that I will be writing an oneshot for soon.

Leah (OC) General

Victim of flashbacks and phantom voices centred around losing her friends.

Abilities consist of possessing/ controlling everyone's emotions, portals, controlling stairs and other celestial bodies, spiritual bonds.

She nearly killing Hisoka, Illumi, Chrollo, and the Phantom Troupe due to her unstable emotions. Despite this Illumi, Chrollo and Hisoka still love her.

She was born with a heart murmur and because of the trauma experienced she ended up back in hospital for revision surgery on her heart. She’d previously had surgery when she was a baby.

Everyone was worried, Gon, Killua, Leorio and Kurapika stayed with her no matter what.

In hopes to lighten the mood the main four arrange something for her birthday and eventually manage to get a party together, even inviting Hisoka, Illumi and Chrollo.

However complications cause a flatline until a large glow and portal brings stars into the room surrounding Leah’s body and bringing her back to life.

Everyone is happy to see that she was okay, reactions ranging from smiles(Chrollo, Hisoka and Illumi) to crying (Gon and Killua).

Leah is confused and in pain until she realises that everyone was there and the room was decorated for a her birthday, she hugs and thanks everyone.

Time comes to blow out the candles and Leah says that she hasa wish to make before blowing out the candles.

An asteroid appeared hitting Illumi, Hisoka and Chrollo and when they ask if that was her wish, she tells them that it was part of it.

There was nervous laughs throughout the room as the party settled into a normal celebration.

Everything after this point in written in 2nd person but is still primarily based around Leah and her relations with the others.

Gon Freecss

✊ Gon literally just wanted friends, he’d always been friendly and when he got to the hunter exam and met you and Killua he decided that you were all going to be friends and no one would tell him otherwise. ✊ Felt the power radiating off of you the moment that you met but what scared most people didn’t scare him. ✊ That being said he was still overly protective of you and even after seeing the damage that you could do he’d put himself between you and the danger. ✊ Gon is literally blown away by your mental ability, he’d literally think on something that you had said or figured out for days before he understood even the basics. ✊ When he finally found out about your heart condition he worried about you more, though he thought that if he stopped you from fighting and raising your heart rate that would be enough (lucky Leorio is around). ✊ He didn’t like that you seemed to be friends with Hisoka, Illumi and Chrollo. ✊ During your flashback episodes when your power becomes unstable, he’s probably the only one that doesn’t hesitate in approaching you. ✊ He’s not afraid of you and he never would be even if you did hurt him, he’s more emotionally smart than any other member of the main four and would understand your actions as a result of something else, he’d blame the something else instead. ✊ Promises to never leave you and invites you to everything.

Killua Zoldyck

⚡ Killua was afraid of you the moment that he met you, the conditioning that Illumi had out in his head made him want to run from you but you were everywhere that Gon was and eventually he became accustomed to you. ⚡ He’s very aware of the danger that you posed and so if there was even a chance that you were going to hurt someone, he’d be pulling ⚡ Gon away in favour of finding somewhere to hide (it never works though). ⚡ He became protective of you after learning the life that you had lived and the problems that you had faced physical or otherwise. ⚡ He only truly trusted you after you came to rescue him from his family, that was when you, him and Gon became the trio that you were. ⚡ He’d often have you walk behind him, he was still the most observant given his training and would often see a threat before it actually made itself known. ⚡ You remind him of Alluka so sometimes he finds himself reaching for your hand to guide you through crowds or dangerous situations. ⚡ Hates your relationship with Illumi but he’ll take comfort in the fact that his family will never come after you (Illumi would never allow that). ⚡ Killua will often try to distract you from anything that might set you off or just straight up avoid it. ⚡ Makes sure that no one else can even get near you, will literally be a silent bodyguard just to make sure that you can have whatever you want.

Leorio Paradinight

🩺 Literally like he gained a daughter the day that he met you despite the fact that you scared the crap out of him the first time that you met. His quick acceptance of you probably had something to do with the fact that you had a birth defect that still affected you to this day. 🩺 He didn’t like letting you out of his sight, he worried that the moment he wasn’t there something would happen. 🩺 He doesn’t have a lot of money but he’d buy you anything that you wanted and carry you everywhere. He’d also shield you from anything despite the fact that you were probably more than 100x stronger than him. 🩺 Argues about what is best for you with Kurapika and you honestly just laughed at them most of the time, occasionally eliminating the threat before they had even finished arguing. 🩺 Regular checks of your body and heart when he was around, he worried when he wasn’t and would often call or text to make sure that you were okay. 🩺 After an unfortunate incident involving your heart and a repeated surgery he became even more of a helicopter parent and honestly never let you out of his sight for more than a couple of days for a very long time. 🩺 Hates that you acknowledge Hisoka, Illumi or Chrollo as friends and wants nothing more than to keep you far away from them. 🩺 Actually pauses when you lose control, he knows that you can easily kill him and he worries that you’d only continue to blame yourself if anything happened. 🩺 Is a literal shield, will walk in front of you when you're together and hide you from anything that you don’t want to face.

Kurapika Kurta

⛓ When he first met you he was weary of you, he knew that you were dangerous the moment that he saw you but upon realising that you were very similar to Killua and Gon he relaxed a little. ⛓ Alright now you remind him of a friend he once lost and he vows to never let anything happen to you especially after finding out that your body was weaker than most. ⛓ Is like a mom, will cook for you and make sure that you eat properly, he’ll make sure that you dress properly and if needed give you extra layers or shield you from the sun. ⛓ Carries anything that you might need in his little bag and when you mention it he’ll just pull it out and pass it to you. ⛓ Never blames you for anything is more likely to blame Leorio for a mess that had been made. ⛓ You are the one that he keeps in contact with the most, he’ll always check up on you and uses his position in the Nostrade family to keep track of any enemies that you make and even got rid of a few. ⛓ Takes your side in a fight without hesitation and listens to whatever you have to say about something. ⛓ Wants your opinion on anything that you are involved in. Doesn’t hesitate to make sure that you're involved in every decision made. Promises to listen to you and help you anyway that he could.

Hisoka Morrow

💧 I’m sure that Hisoka knew you before you knew him and he was obsessed with the power that you had and the way that you used it. 💧 He worried that your weak body would be the reason that he never got to see your power at it’s full potential. That’s quickly forgotten the first time that you lose control of your abilities. 💧 He was surprised when you didn’t immediately try to get away from him upon introduction, just accepted him as a new friend and continued on with your life while all your other friends seemed to sense blood lust rolling off of him. 💧 He keeps an eye on you from a far and when he can’t Illumi will be watching you and is almost always calling you by a nickname. 💧 He’s the one to introduce you to Chrollo, though it is unclear whether he regrets it because he does in fact have to share you with someone else now. 💧 He’s the weird uncle that no one else liked, you were excited whenever he showed up but everyone else hated it. 💧 You were the only one that was able to touch him in any way, even after you almost killed him, instead he warns you off the effect of emotions and even some ways to overcome them. 💧 Adores your slightly more sadistic nature and any little prank that you pull involving him his brushed off. 💧 You may not be able to see him all the time but he’s there don’t worry, there’s a reason no one in the criminal underworld has gotten close to getting you.

Illumi Zoldyck

📍 The first time that he met you he knew that you’d be a good friend for Killua, as well as someone that he wanted to keep a close eye on. 📍 The more he observed you, the more obsessed he became with you. He made a deal with Hisoka and they both made sure to keep you safe. 📍 Illumi is easily brought in by your power, he immediately warns his family about getting involved with the job surrounding you. He’s even killed a few clients so that they can’t hire someone else. 📍 Easily the silent and deadly protector, no one knows that he’s there until he appears to save your ass. You're the only person beside Hisoka that he’ll hold a conversation with, you could literally talk about anything and he’d sit and listen. 📍 He actually gets angry at Hisoka for using you like an entrance fee to the Phantom Troupe and warns Chrollo if he tries anything that he’d kill him. 📍 He’s probably one of the only people who tells you ‘no’, he genuinely worries about some of the things that you and Killua deem safe and so sometimes (since you actually listen to him from time to time) he has to tell you no, this becomes more frequent after your second heart surgery. 📍 Doesn’t use physical force not after the first time, that almost ended with him dying, he’s more careful. 📍 Purely here for your protection, he wants Killua to have as many strong allies but you will probably be the only one that he approves of, you replace Alluka in his mind as his youngest sibling.

Chrollo Lucilfer

🕷 Chrollo immediately saw you as a future member of the spiders, he knew that you wouldn’t accept now but there would always be a place for you even after he was gone. 🕷 He hated that you knew and liked Kurapika because he’s never been able to manipulate your view of the spiders the way that he wanted. 🕷 He did entertain the idea of stealing your power but there was no plan that ended in success. You were too smart for any of it and he knew that you’d kill him if he ever tried. 🕷 Gives you whatever you want, which concerns Killua and Gon. 🕷 Warns the other members of the troupe that if anything happens to you it would be on them, if they saw something they needed to stop it from happening or alert him immediately. 🕷 Kills anyone who has any intention of hurting you, he’s the biggest reason that no one in the underworld is looking to use your power. 🕷 Even a small amount of your power paralyses him and given the fact that you had almost killed him and the rest of the troupe you would think he’d want to stay away from you but that only interested him more. 🕷 Hates that your friends will often try to keep you away from him, but won’t do anything that would make you hate him. He’d obsession with you was slightly more present then the others but he’d be here whenever you needed him no matter what.
