so….. this is another fic! I really hope you enjoy!
You have to run .
The Tacet Dicords are increasing in waves .
No, why would you run? Don’t you have people to tend to? The soldiers need help , you are the only medic on filed . You cannot run . You must help others .
So you do , you bolt around , dodging Tacet Dicords lunging at you . You continue to help others , tugging them ,holding them , healing them .
After the same cycle repeats over and over again , you get used to it , settling in .
That was a mistake .
You weren’t so lucky now . The Tacet Dicords came upon you in waves , you struggle weaving around them trying not to get injured . You manage to survive for a while , but too soon , your legs collapse and the world goes black , the only thing you saw was every monster out for your blood .
Was it a peaceful dream? Did you have a dream? You can’t remember.
You drift in and out of consciousness, voices talking constantly. Yet , in your haze , you can always hear that voice , always . The warm , soft gentle voice you always heard when they would comfort you , or hold you in their arms , or praise you . Who was it? It’s on the tip of your tongue…..
Ah …. Now you remember…. It’s your lover , Jiyan ….You could never forget his teal hair and warm voice . How could you?
But…. This doesn’t sound like him … he sounds worried… that’s not good…. Why? Is it because of you?… How sweet , but he doesn’t need to worry .
Deciding that you’ve been keeping him distressed long enough , you attempt to open your eyes and stop studying the back of your eye lids .
That didn’t turn out well .
You were greeted with a blinding light that sliced through your nerves and left you defenseless against the searing laser that burned your eyes.
You groans and tried to move your hand to block your face and save you from the searing light , but to your surprise, instead of your hand that covered your eyes , a hand clad in gold armor covered your face for you .
You looked around to see soft honey eyes looking back at you with such worry .
You reach for him only to be met with a burning pain . Wincing you look at your arm , only to almost puke .
Burned to a molten red with multiple scars around it , some flesh poking out while the rest curled in unnaturally . You looked away immediately. Would Jiyan not like you anymore?…..
As if he knew what you were thinking , he gently rubbed his hand across your arm , avoiding the wounds , as he kissed your forehead , gently murmuring sweet nothings .
“ Dear… please don’t worry , I’ll love you no matter what , if anything , I love you even more for attempting to help others . “ His voice was sweet at first , but then it hardened . “ However , I will not allow you back onto the battlefield. Your arm has retained multiple damages and it’s likely your nerves will not work properly… You can’t ever do that again . “
His voice wavers as he gives in and places his head on your collarbone . “ You made me worry so much ….”
Your eyes soften .
“ I’m so sorry for worrying you …” You attempt to soothe his nerves but then he raises his head and places his lips on yours .
“ It’s okay, just please… don’t ever do that” He nuzzles your neck gently , careful to avoid touching any wounds as he pampers you in affection.
Soon enough, you begin to tire as your body gives up because of how much time you’ve spent awake .
Your lover notices your eyes threatening to close and reassures you . “ Don’t worry , rest now . I’ll be here when you wake up .“
He gently takes hold of the hand that isn’t injured and kisses it . He then pets your head and gently kisses your cheek .
“Rest , I’ll watch over you “

Ok so I have this specific hc for Jack Howl and how he'd look by the time he graduates/by his 30s. I feel like he's not sure if he would shave it off or leave it on manly because of nrc's policy on that stuff for students.
But assuming he's graduated from nrc and living on his own then yeah, he would have a small beard. Not a full beard like half a beard.

Help A Teenage Girl Evacuate Gaza!
Hi everyone, I'm reposting this one from Instagram, illustration is by myself and depicts Amal. She reached out to me to share her story and her evacuation fund.
Amal's situation is exceedingly dire. She has faced extreme difficulty accessing food and medicine she desperately needs. Airstrikes and famine conditions have forced Amal to navigate an increasingly dangerous Gaza, in which she is already internally displaced. Amal is only 18 years old, and has been forced to give up her high school and college dreams in order to survive this genocide. Please join me in making sure this teenage girl has something to eat and a future to look forward to.

Recently went to an event that if twisted wonderland based. The event were called cup sleeves, the former host recently retired but fortunately some one has rose up to take their place. Now they will be called broom sleeve events. Updates are on Instagram.
A run down: in these events vendors from Instagram and other social media will set up at the venue(a tea shop that has agreed to help host the event) in the shop it self the organizers will set up a collection table that be decorated with the two birthday boys on the opposite side of each other. Some of those items will be raffled off and others belong to other individuals(so don't take them). At the end of the event we sing happy birthday to anyone who cosplayed the birthday boys and then we do the raffle.
There's a lot of fun things to do at these events I really recommend people who are into twisted wonderland attend. This event happens in california so if you live in the state I recommend checking out twst broom sleeves on Instagram.

Yugioh twin au: Shenanigans pt.2
Ok as I mentioned in my last post, yugi had some trouble sleeping. And that got me thinking; what would the twins sleep patterns be like? Yugi has a good sleeping pattern (not counting the time of his nightmares) and doesn't really rely on stuff like melatonin. It's the same with atem, up until high school he always has good grades but to achieve this and still have time to play his shadow games he'd some times stay up at night.
Both of them have/had tried caffeine based drinks. In yugis case he once had hot milk with instant coffee(very little of it) but doesn't really drink it often. Téa/anzu invited him once out to a new ice cream shop and she's picked up on the fact that he loves sweets but hates how regular coffee tastes. But recommends a coffee caramel ice cream. He's skeptical at first but falls in love with it.
As for atem he's never had coffee. He likes the smell of it tho, he has candles that smell like coffee. And he passes by coffee shops to and from school just because the smell makes him feel happy. On a particularly bad day he got into fight and it landed him into trouble at school. The punks threatened to beat him after school, so to avoid that(so that he wouldn't get into more trouble) he past by the coffee shop only for it to be close. The punks from before are following him too, he'd hoped that the coffee shop would have a lot people so that the punks would leave and not cause a scene. Unfortunately that didn't happen he lead them somewhere less noticeable and a fight brakes out and just as it seems things will go bad Joey/jonouchi intervenes and helps out. The punks run off leaving Joey/jonouchi and atem to talk where he finds out that the yugi has a twin. He mistook atem for yugi, the two of them get talking about how they both know yugi and go to a park. Joey/jonouchi leaves for bit going to get some band-aids and a coffee for atem. That day he and Joey/jonouchi became good friends.

Yu-Gi-Oh twin au; NIGHTMARES
As I mentioned before the twins moved and with it came adjusting to the new environment. Yugi in particular was bit of hassle. He was ok in the day, he'd act like his old usual self but as soon as nightfall hit and he'd to go to sleep he'd loose it. Yugi is by no means a screamer but he avoids sleep by asking everyone if they want to play a game or solve a puzzle, atem always jumps on the bandwagon before realizing yugi is just doing it to avoid sleep. Atem tries to understand what's going on but yugi doesn't tell him or anyone.
Eventually atem confronts yugi in the middle of the night and asks him what's wrong. When atem looks at yugis face he sees that he as big dark bags under his eyes. In truth yugi has been having nightmares where atem leaves into shadows and never comes back leaving yugi alone and helpless. These shadows had eyes and would whisper things in a different language that yugi couldn't understand but atem did for some reason and would walk into the shadows.
Atem sadden by this comforts his brother and reassures him that he would never leave him, he couldn't. Atem gives him one of his bracelets one of a matching set and says that no matter what he'll be there for him. No matter how far, no matter what time he'll be there for him, promise.
This however does lead to him becoming more protective of yugi. But that's a story for another night.
Yugioh Twin au shenanigans:
As kids the twins shared a bed room, however due to limited space they had to use bunk beds. This is how things were kept even when they moved into a bigger home.
But one night Atem fell from his bed, and his was top bed. You see dear reader, he was an active sleep mover. He'd kick and punch in his sleep. And instead of choosing the the bottom bunk he insisted on the top one because he thought it made him cooler.
But now you might be thinking, how did he manage to fall off if there's a rail to prevent this from happening? Simply put it, he climbed over it. Yugi woke up to find atem on the floor, red in face from either him trying not to cry or from the fall. Either way the beds were unmounted and turned into regular beds from then on.
My new hyper fixation has arrived, twin yugi au.
Basically yugi and atem are twins, with atem being the reincarnation of the Pharoah atem. As a baby atem has some memories of his past life but fade as he grows eventually he only has a vague sense that he's forgotten something important. As for Yugi he's still his old self but he still wishes for fiends like in original plot but instead of being lonely all the time he has his bro at home.
Visually the both look alike however atem has red in his hair where as yugi has purple. Atem is slightly taller than yugi and lanky, he also wears makeup specifically eyeliner. Yugi on the other hand is short like in the original material.
Atem was a menace to society, getting into fights and wrecking people for fun. However if some poor fool has a death wish and pick on yugi, atem makes sure they don't talk or look at yugi funny. However they end up having to attend different schools cuz of atems violence this puts into perspective all of the chaos he's caused. Yes he wanted to protect yugi but in turn he's isolated yugi from everyone in school. Yugi doesn't blame him and understands he was trying to be there for him but he does think he needs some time for him to work on himself so that atem isn't so violent to others.
Yugi is sent to live with his gramps at the game store, and atem stays with their mother. yugi visits his brother on the weekends and stay in touch with each other. And if you've watched yugioh season 0, then the plot is relatively the same with some obvious differences.
