I'd say Yugi is about a medium. He may feel horny, but doesn't feel like having sex right at that moment. But it's not like he never wants to have sex, oh no he wants it. Just sometimes he wants to wait.

Oh man I just read a translation of the Yugioh novel (specifically the original story part of it) (link) and it’s bonkers. But in a way that’s mostly in line with the early manga.
I love the implications of the Yugi/Yami visual differences not actually happening. The only difference between the two that I can remember being noticed by their friends is posture and speech.
So just imagine your tiny scragglemuffin friend is trying his kicked-puppy best to stand up for you. And then out of nowhere he stands up straight, insults this asshole and his mother, challenges him to game, and puts the fear of god in him.
You wouldn't think he was possessed by an ancient king. You'd be wondering what kind of anti-anxiety meds he's on and where you can get some

"That's not how therapy works." Yugioh, your choice of characters. (I would say 'Kaiba and the therapist', but I want to give you more options if your mind runs off in another direction.)
"My other me-"
The therapist paused, waiting for Yugi to continue.
"My other me is concerned about this, worried about trespassing onto the soul."
"Your other you?"
"Yeah, the spirit of the Millennium Puzzle that possesses me sometimes. He's a great friend." Yugi smiled, then looked off to the side with a comforting gaze.
"It's great that he helps Yugi, do you have any problems with-"
"No, he's not another personality, I swear!"
The therapist nodded, but took notes anyway. "When did this other you first appear?"
"When I completed the Millennium Puzzle. He took down a thief that was bullying me."
"I see. He's someone big, strong, and capable of handling the threats you yourself had trouble with?"
Yugi looked up to the side. "Are you sure? Well, alright then." Next thing the therapist knew, Yugi looked slightly taller with sharp eyes that had a touch more red to them.
And this had started more due to his parents concerns about the toll bullying was taking.

Seto Kaiba was a proud man, sitting with a strait back and fingertips lightly touching.
"Mr. Kaiba, I am impressed by the effort you are putting into therapy."
"Of course. I never do anything without the intent to win. And I will beat Yugi at therapy."
"Mr. Kaiba, that's not how therapy works."
"Not for other people. Now, let's work on the next obstacle so I can surpass Yugi at mental health. It shouldn't be too hard, my opponent has a split personality after all."
The therapist bit back a sigh. Working on Kaiba's obsessive streak would take time. "So, why don't you tell me what you would define as a friend?"

The therapist looked over at the couple, seeing the fear in their eyes. He was not surprised. The amount of people falling into comas around Judai was worrisome. While the child had a social and upbeat demeanor, he was clearly internalizing the pain around him. Sending his favorite card into space a sacrifice to make things easier clearly put some of Judai's worries at ease, but the guilt was tearing the poor child to pieces. Disturbed sleep patterns, deep senses of guilt, a desire to punish himself- those were very unhealthy.
Judai could be worked with, could be taken through to address those issues. But the therapist could see years of hard work, a higher risk of Judai falling to abusive relationships, and so much more in the way of potential pitfalls. That's not to mention the medication and how that would impact someone who already was showing potential signs of neurodivergance.
"There is an experimental therapy. Judai is fixated on this one card in particular, and on the injuries to people around him. If we erase his memories of the card and the agonies he associates with it, his symptoms should reduce and over time he should heal."
His parents looked at each other. "What if he gets his memories back? Or sees something associated with it?"
"It would be best to keep him away from anything associated with Yubel. The hope is that as he grows older and develops more mature coping mechanisms, he will be able to better process those memories when they come up."
