3 measures Cranberry Juice
1 1/2 measures grapefruit Juice
Spike it with Blue Curacao to turn it blue. Add the Blue Curacao after the Summer Breeze to get a pink and blue layered cocktail

Craft day virgin 'summer garden' cocktail.
Muddle 1 inch block of cucumber at the bottom of a cocktail shaker
add 2 shots apple juice
add 2 shots chilled mineral water
add 1 shot of elderflower cordial
shake well with ice and strain into a martini glass
serve with a slice of cucumber
