So guys, I have a message for all the LOTR fandom. Can we just all stop arguing over whether has Frodo failed or whether is the hero between Frodo and Sam? Just accept that it is useless to discuss over this when it is actually the unconditional love between them that saved Middle Earth. Sam would have never found the strength and courage which he demonstrated if it wasn’t for the love he felt for Frodo and Frodo would have never resisted the temptation of the Ring if it wasn’t for the love he felt for Sam and the Shire.

They are both heroes. That’s the final verdict.

Andy Serkis audiobook is really good! I loved everyone’s voices! Very realistic

Listening to the Fellowship of the Ring audiobook narrated by Andy Serkis (never read the books) and I cannot tell you the indescribable joy that came upon me when Pippin was still read with a Scottish voice

Frodo was the only person in whole Arda to choose love and not power in front of the Ring influence.

That one time the love between two little hobbits saved the world from the biggest evil to ever exist.

I love how it is so simple to understand when somebody hasn’t read the Lord of The Rings’ books: “Frodo was useless” “Frodo did nothing” “I hate Frodo”

Uff I feel Tolkien turning in his grave every time.

It is always Frodo trying to convince Sam not to go with him since he wants to protect him and Sam not listening to him and not leaving him alone.

This is literally what I think of them. It trivialises their relationship to just describing it as romantic or saying is just friendships. Their bond goes beyond any love any lover or friend usually gives.

Shall we talk about how Sam is always Frodo’s first thought? I mean, Frodo cares for him immensely. When he wakes up in Rivendell in the first book practically the first thing he asks Gandalf is “where is Sam?” only then he worries about the others. When he is about to leave the company he lists the only people in the company he really trusts and the first one is Sam. Moreover he struggles to leave the fellowship especially because of Sam since he can not imagine leaving him. Then when Sam manages to get on the boat Frodo laughs. He laughs, for the first time since Bilbo left and he is so glad that in the end the fate had brought them back together to go to Mordor. We should talk more often about how immensely they both care for each other and love each other.
