feeling empty may be an indicator that we need to pause and take a step back from the bustle of our daily lives. this introspection becomes personal growth and a greater understanding of what we may be seeking in life.
appreciating simplicity
embracing feelings of emptiness will allow you to better appreciate the “tiny” joys of life. in the absence of excess— you can see more of what you already have, what is already beautiful despite its ordinariness.
reevaluation of priorities
