It's difficult for me to express that I'm not "super happy and totally fine" sometimes, so for anyone else who has similar troubles, I can only hope that if you see this, it helps in some way.

I baked sea salt caramel cookies the other day in the brand new oven with a convection setting; it was a game changer for me with baking as the old oven only had a regular bake option.
